The importance of Human Resource Management is big issue in business management recently. However, employ's job satisfaction is appeared as low. In this study, surveys were conducted among those long-term employs. The importance of job satisfaction is prioritized by AHP analysis based on results of survey to compare to the results of previously studied research. And this study will contribute to improvement of job satisfaction by comparing the facts in two different groups of occupation.

We undertook the quantitative evaluations of Industrial Accident Prevention Program (IAPP). The six parameters, such as relevance, efficiency, consistency, sustainability, effectiveness, coherence, were chosen by expert plenary sessions. Two stage of Analytic Hierarchy Process were used to determine the weighted value of assessment criteria. This expert plenary suggests that the six parameters and its weight values are useful for quantitative evaluations of IAPP. Additional researches regarding the real world application of this assessment tool should be initiated.

생활양식이나 형태 변화에 따른 전통적인 주거건축들의 전통성, 공공성과 사유권의 균형, 계승 발전, 보존에 부가되는 공동체의 활성화와 효용성 등 환경 개선이라는 과제에 직면하고 있으며, 이들 역사 경관 권역의 경관훼손 가능성이 점증하고 있는 상황에서, 지역적 경관의 고유한 특성과 다양성을 가질 수 있도록 전통적 주거건축의 입면디자인 속성에 대한 이해가 선행되어야 한다. 본 연구는 "전통적 주거건축의 입면디자인 평가"에 영향을 미친 속성을 파악하기 위해, 입면디자인 평가척도 (지붕, 창호, 기둥, 벽면, 마루, 주초석, 기단)를 기준으로 쌍대비교를 실시하여 도출된 Synthetic Evaluation Value를 Fuzzy 방법을 통해 Fuzzy Integral (Choquet Integral) value를 추정하여, 가치속성을 규명하였다. 속성 간 가중치 산정결과에 λ-value를 이용하여 Sensitivity Analysis를 실시하여 유효함을 검증하였다. 전통적 주거건축의 입면디자인 평가에 영향을 미친 가치속성을 추정하는데 있어 유의미한 방법론이며, 복합 가치속성을 도출하였다는데 의의를 갖는다.

The classification of risk factors and the identification of risk acceptance criteria are core works to assess risk levels with high enough confidential level in the field of marine traffic environment. In the previous study work, the twenty kinds of risk factors and its assessment criteria for the domestic marine traffic environment were proposed. In this paper, with these previous studying results, the relative importance of the risk factors were analyzed by questionnaire survey of marine traffic experts using the analytic hierarchy process. The analysis results showed that the relative importance of the visibility restriction is the highest among the twenty kinds of risk factors, and the relative importance of the traffic condition is the highest among the five kinds of risk categories. As results from analysis, it is expected that the approaching method on the relative importance is to be one of basic techniques for the development of risk assessment models in the domestic marine traffic environment.

목적: 광주광역시의 대학교 근처 A, 아파트 근처 B, 주택 근처 C안경원을 대상으로 계층화 의사결정방법(AHP)에 의한 분석을 바탕으로 안경원 창업에 따른 우선순위와 중요도에 대해 알아보고자 하였다. 방법: 안경원에 직접 방문하여 안경사와 원장님들을 대상으로 토론하여 안경원 경영 하위 항목의 이원 비교를 위해 상대적인 우선순위와 중요도를 조사하였다. 기술경쟁력, 물리적 편의성, 커뮤니케이션요인, 상품/서비스, 가격적 요인의 우선순위 중요도 분석을 위해 일관성 비율 0.1 미만의 설문지를 분석하였다. 결과: 계층화 의사결정방법(AHP)에 의한 안경원 경영 하위 항목의 우선순위 중요도 결과 대학교 근처 A안경원은 ‘가격적 요인’(0.467), 아파트 근처 B안경원은 ‘물리적 편의성’(0.440), 주택 근처 C안경원은 ‘기술경쟁력’(0.440)로 나타났다. 결론: 대학교 근처 A, 아파트 근처 B, 주택 근처 C안경원을 대상으로 안경원 경영 하위 항목의 우선순위와 중요도를 선정하였다. 우선순위 및 중요도는 AHP에 의하여 평가항목의 관계를 반영하여 측정하였다. 안경원의 창업에 기초적 자료가 되길 기대한다.

Logistics company strives for satisfaction of customer service. the internal clients of corporation, the engineers of driver enhance their thinking about customer orientation by education of important about customer services. the study reached the conclusion that result which analyzed the important fact of enhancing customer orientation strategy by AHP show an ability of dealing with customer improves customer orientation strategy. because the desire of customer is various, it is difficult to have standard of dealing thought, the program of improvement of dealing ability should be developed and trained to improve customer orientation.

세계화의 흐름에 따라 농업공간이 전통적 사회공간에서 국제적 경제공간으로 탈바꿈하고 있음에도 불구하고 국내의 농업 입지에 관한 계량적 연구는 매우 제한적으로 이루어져왔다. 특히, 미래의 시장성이 기대되는 작물인 복분자는 곡물대체 상업작물로서 지역적 특화에 성공하였다. 하지만, 농업 클러스터로서 복분자에 대한 자연⋅인문 환경을 고려한 입지연구는 현재까지 진행되지 못했으며, 일반적인 농산업 클러스터 입지 연구 조차도 부족한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 농업입지 연구의 특성과 한국의 농업입지에 관한 기존의 선행연구를 검토하고 경상도 지역에서 복분자 클러스터가 입지할 수 있는 최적지를 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위해 공간통계기법인 Kriging을 이용하여 공간데이터를 구축하였으며, 다기준 분석법(Multi-Criteria Analysis)의 하나인 Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) 기법을 이용하여 복분자 클러스터 입지 요인들의 중요도에 따른 가중치를 산출한 후 최적의 입지를 도출하였다. 그 결과, 경상북도 남서쪽 지역, 경상남도의 서쪽지역과 중앙부 지역, 남쪽 해안가 지역 등이 복분자 클러스터의 최적지로 나타났다. 이러한 연구 결과는 경상도 내 복분자의 지역적 특화에 대해 실질적인 활용 가치를 지니며, 관련 담당자나 농업인에게 유용한 정보를 제공해 줄 것으로 기대된다. 또한 공간분석 방법을 적용한 농업의 최적 입지모델을 제시한다.

Logistics parks no longer simply store materials, but have become a place that plays an important role in various areas of corporate and individual activities, and thus the analysis of the selection of the location of logistics parks and the related characteristics is extremely important. The estimation model is established by the weights for industry derived from AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process).

전통적인 제조업에서는 토지·자본·기계설비 등 유형 자산으로부터 발생하는 재무적인 가치 즉, 정량적 요소가 기업평가의 중요요소이나, 온라인게임 기업의 경우는 무형의 가치인 게임콘텐츠로부터 매출이 발생하기 때문에 비재무적인 정성적 요소가 정량적 요소보다 훨씬 중요하게 작용한다. 그러나 정성적 요소의 도출에는 연구자의 주관이 개입될 여지가 많고 연구자에 따라 평가기준이 상이하기 때문에 본 연구에서는 그간 연구된 게임평가 자료를 탐구하여 게임시장의 공급자 및 수요자 측면에서의 평가요소를 분석한 후, 게임산업계 전문가를 대상으로 델파이 조사를 실시하여 상품성 등의 5개 평가기준과 게임의 핵심적 재미 등의 20개 평가요소를 도출하였다. 또한 델파이 연구를 통하여 제시된 각 평가기준 및 평가요소에 AHP를 적용함으로써 각각의 정성적 평가요소에 대한 중요도를 분석하여 온라인 게임

The efficient safety estimation for a business should analyze an accident data by considering every possible and potential factor. Thus, we consider several factors to build the safety estimation model to meet fairness and rationality. This paper present the yearly statistic data of accident from KOSHA analyze the data by industry, scale, year of service of a employee, age and other factors; build the safety estimation model for the business based on the accident report derived the analysis. The estimation model is established by the weights for accident type, degree, scale, industry, year of service, and age of the employee derived from AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process).

보행자 이동권 확보를 위해 가장 먼저 이루어져야 하는 것이 보행자 이동공간에 대한 정확한 평가를 시행하는 것이다. 따라서 본 연구는 보행자의 이동공간에 대한 평가지표 개발을 시도하였으며, 자료조사 및 분석방법은 전문가 설문과 계층분석 법(AHP)을 활용하였다. 전문가 설문조사와 계층분석 법(AHP)을 활용하여 본 연구에서는 정성적인 변수를 고려할 수 있는 방안을 모색하며, 보행자 서비스 특성을 규명하여 변화된 보행환경에 순응할 수 있는 새로운 보행자 서비스수준 평가지표를 개발하고자 한다. 분석결과를 살펴보면, 상업 및 업무지역의 경우 보행교통류(정량: 약 52%), 보도기하구조(정량: 약 16%), 보도이용행태(정성: 약 11%)순으로 나타나 보행교통류와 보도기하구조와 같은 정량적인 항목의 중요함을 알 수 있었다. 또한, 주거지역의 경우 보행교통류(정량: 약 30%), 보도기하구조(정량: 약 22%), 보도이용행태(정성: 약 20%)가 각각 1, 2, 3순위로 높게 나타났다. 현재 적용되고 있는 보행자 서비스수준 평가 영향인자 중 정량적인 지표가 중요하나, 보행자들의 이용행태와 같은 질적인 측면과 같은 정성적인 항목을 고려하여야 한다는 것을 알 수 있었다.

The analytic hierarchy process is known as a useful tool for the group decision making methods. This tool has been area such as investment, R&D management, manufacturing, production and marketing. Typically, transportation problems have addressed by mathematical programming. In this paper, an optimal solution of transportation problem was determined by the analytic hierarchy process.

The purpose of this study is to explore the applicability of AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) to select more productive projects among various proposed projects in a particular company. To achieve this research objective, the characteristics of project evaluation and selection are first reviewed with respect to when, where, and how the decision is made. Then the theoretical basis of the AHP is briefly reviewed along with its mathematical underpinnings to construct the framework of project evaluation and selection. To be more specific, the evaluation and selection criteria were reorganized in the AHP-based framework to make the process of project evaluation and selection more productive. Project evaluation and selection is one of the most important activities for the most companies to be more advantageous in the market. Despite the importance of decision making process of project selection, not many of how to choose the best project were suggested as the reliable project selection methods in the industries. It may be because it involves various activities related to conflict resolution among different evaluation criteria, high uncertainties of market, and the unclear tradeoff among various project objectives. Furthermore, the decision, once made at this point, tends to be irrevocable until the whole process turns out to be a complete success or failure. As the result, the AHP method showed better financial performance rather than the traditional method in a case study.

The online game industry stands on the center of a industrial values and cultural values of the digital contents industry. It grows rapidly among the cultural industries, leads in the future digital contents industry of Korea and stands in the hub of future industry making a high value added in the world. This study proposed the game evaluation criteria and analyzed the ranking of the important factors among the evaluation criteria. In this study it is used the analytic hierarchy process model to decide ranking of the important evaluation factors. Main criteria decided 4 factors: company, game components, game characteristics and customer service. Sub-criteria included 25 factors, game investment, name value, scenario, etc. As a result of the analysis, the game characteristics takes the top rank in the main criteria. Also interesting takes the top rank in the sub-criteria.

세계적으로 각 분야에서 SERVQUAL 모형과 SERVPERF 모형 등을 이용한 서비스품질에 대한 측정과 관련된 연구들이 많이 수행되어 오고 있지만 서비스품질을 계량화시키기 위한 연구는 활성화되고 있지 못한 상황이다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 불확실하고 주관적인 환경에서 서비스품질을 객관성있게 측정하고 계량화시키기 위해서 Triangular Fuzzy Number(TFN)와 Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)를 이용하여 서비스품질을 측정하기 위한 방법을 제안하기 위한 것이다.
