        일제강점기 제주도에서 전개한 법정사 항일운동은 봉려관(1865-1938)이 항 일을 염두에 두고 1911년 9월 창건한 법정사에서 봉기한 일제 침략에 대한 저 항운동이었다. 「정구용 대구복심법원 판결문」은 송치자 66명 중 현재 공개된 유일한 판결 문이며 법정사 항일운동의 일련의 정황이 담긴 공문서이다. 「정구용 대구복심법원 판결문」에 의거하면, 법정사 항일운동은 1918년 음력 6월부터 제주 법정사에서 주지 김연일의 총지휘 하에 본격적인 사전 논의와 기 획, 준비를 마친 후, 1918년 음력 9월 3일 흑야(黑夜)에 법정사에서 기도를 한 후, 김연일과 정구용의 주도 하에 간단한 출정식을 마치고, 법정사를 출발해 상 동-영남리-호근리・서호리-강정리-도순리-하원리-중문리 경찰관 주재소까지 20여㎞ 이어진 약 400명 제주도민의 항일무장투쟁이었으며, 법정사는 항일 핵 심 인물들이 총집결했던 거점지였고 항일 기지로서의 역할을 수행했다. 1918년 법정사 항일운동은 일제에 강점된 우리의 조국을 “원래의 한국시대 로 복귀”시키기 위한 저항이었다. 결코 특정 종교의 창시자 또는 가담자의 신앙 이 요인은 아니었다. 이번에 새로 번역, 교감한 「정구용 대구복심법원 판결문」 그리고 본 논문에 서 처음 공개한 정구용의 9건 재판 문건이 향후 법정사 항일운동 연구에 도움 이 되길 기대한다.

        The nuclear power plant decommissioning project inevitably considers time, cost, safety, document, etc. as major management areas according to the PMBOK technique. Among them, document management, like all projects, will be an area that must be systematically managed for the purpose of information delivery and record maintenance. In Korea, where there is no experience in the decommissioning project yet, data management is systematically managed and maintained during construction and operation. However, if the decommissioning project is to be launched soon, it is necessary to prepare in consideration of the system in operation, what difference will occur from it in terms of data management, and how it should be managed. As a document that can occur in the decommissioning project, this study was considered from the perspective of the licensee. Therefore, the types of documents that can be considered at Level 1 can be divided into (1) corresponding documents, (2) project documents, (3) internal documents, and (4) reference materials. Four document types are recommended based on Level 1 for the classification of documents to be managed in the decommissioning of nuclear facilities. In this study, documents to be managed in the decommissioning project of nuclear facilities were reviewed and the type was to be derived. Although it was preliminary, it was largely classified into major categories 1, middle categories 2, and 3 levels, and documents that could occur in each field were proposed. As a result, it could be largely classified into corresponding documents, project documents, internal documents, and reference materials, and subsequent classifications could be derived. Documents that may occur in the decommissioning project must be managed by distinguishing between types to reduce the time for duplication or search, and the capacity of the storage can be efficiently managed. Therefore, it is hoped that the document types considered in this study will be used as reference materials for the decommissioning project and develop into a more systematic structure.

        한국교회가 처한 위기는 그리스도를 온전히 따르지 못하는 제자도 의 부재, 상실, 혹은 미숙함의 문제에 그 원인이 있다. 본 논문의 목적은 변혁적 제자도가 시대의 흐름을 바꿀 수 있는 선교 신학적 개념이라고 주장하면서, 변혁적 제자도가 한국교회 위기 극복의 대안이 될 수 있음을 논증하기 위해 변혁적 제자도의 개념과 발전과정, 그리고 그 특징을 살펴보고자 하는 데 있다. 변혁적 제자도는 2013년 WCC 부산총 회에서 발표된 TTL 문서를 배경으로 등장한 선교개념으로서, 2015년 3월 WCC CWME 위원회에서 처음 사용하였고, 2018년 WCC CWME 아루샤 세계선교대회에서 자세하게 다루어졌다. 이를 토대로 본 논문은 변혁적 제자도의 정의를 내리고, 5가지 특징을 살펴본다: 화해를 전하는 선교적 제자의 사명을 이어감, 그리스도께 속하여 연약한 이들과 연대 함, 사랑과 정의의 복음을 증거함, 성령을 통해 저항과 희망을 노래함, 그리고 시민직을 실천함이다. 이러한 다면적 특징을 갖춘 변혁적 제자들 은 세상을 섬기고 변혁시키는 통전적 선교를 실천한다.

        韓國에서 漢字와 漢文에 대한 교육이 국가 차원에서 일대 전환을 이루는 시기는 甲午改革 이후부터이다. 국가의 鄕校, 四學, 成均館 및 민간의 書院, 書堂을 중심으로 이루어졌던 종래의 전통적 교육은 기본적으로 漢文 能力을 바탕으로 이루어졌다. 그러나 근대적 학교 교육 체제가 추구하는 보통교육과 기술 및 직업 교육은 기본적으로 言文一致를 전제로 하는 國文 能力을 바탕으로 이루어지는 것이다. 甲午改革 이후 근대적 학교 교육 제도와 言文一致의 語文政策을 본격적으로 수립하고 추진해 나간 국가 기관은 學務衙門이다. 이 논문은 먼저 학무아문 官制에 나타나 있는 學務衙門의 管掌 사무 내용과 새로운 관리 임용 방식을 규정한 銓考局 條例의 주요 내용을 통해 전통적 교육 체제에서 근대적 학교 교육 체제로 전환되는 과정에서 漢文이 상대화되고 國文이 새롭게 등장하게 되는 배경을 살펴보고, 이어서 국가의 公式 文書 表記 규정인 公文式의 내용을 재검토함으로써 학무아문 이 추진한 語文政策의 성격과 그 의의를 재조명해보고자 한 것이다.

        Electronic document communication based on a digital channel is becoming increasingly important with the advent of the paperless age. The electronic document based on PDF format does not provide a powerful customer experience for a mobile device user despite replacing a paper document by providing the content integrity and the independence of various devices and software. On the other hand, the electronic document based on HTML5 format has weakness in the content integrity as there is no HTML5 specification for the content integrity despite its enhanced customer experience such as a responsive web technology for a mobile device user. In this paper, we design the Document-HTML, which provides the content integrity and the powerful customer experience by declaring the HTML5 constraint rules and the extended tags to contain the digital signature based on PKI. We analyze the existing electronic document that has been used in the major financial enterprise to develop a sample. We also verify the Document-HTML by experimenting with the sample of HTML electronic communication documents and analyze the PKI equation. The Document-HTML document can be used as an authorized electronic document communication and provide a powerful customer experience in the mobile environment between an enterprise and a user in the future.

        The word “Maotou” was used many times in Buddhist Scripture Document. It appeared in Chinese versions of Buddhist scriptures in the Southern and Northern Dynasties. However, Grand Chinese Dictionary has not mentioned the meanings of “Maotou” in Buddhist Scripture Document. In the present study, the word “Maotou” in Buddhist Scripture Document is combed and analyzed; its meanings are explored; and the etymologies of its relevant words are traced.

        This paper suggests a specific model that could efficiently improve the interaction and the interface between MES(Manufacturing Execution System) server and POP(Point of Production) terminal through electronic document server and electronic pen, bluetooth receiver and form paper in disassembly and process inspection works. The proposed model shows that the new method by electronic document automation system can more efficiently perform to reduce processing time for maintenance work, compared with the current approach by handwritten processing system. It is noted in case of the method by electronic document automation system that the effects of proposed model are as follows; (a) While the processing time per equipment for maintenance by the current method was 300 minutes, the processing time by the new method was 50 minutes. (b) While the processing error ratio by the current method was 20%, the error ratio by the new method was 1%.

        본 연구는 철도 시설의 선로를 대상으로 하여, Building Information Modeling(BIM)을 위한 데이터 모델인 Industry Foundation Classes(IFC)의 유지관리관점의 부분집합인 Construction Operations Building information exchange(COBie)를 통해 철도 시설물 유지관리문서를 생성할 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다. 철도 선로유지관리 문서 생성에 필요한 항목을 정의 하기 위해 국토교통부의 선로유지관리지침 분석을 수행하였고, 이를 COBie 스프레드시트에서 참조하기 위한 방식을 정의하 였다. 철도 시설물 선로의 유지관리정보 항목을 반영한 정보모델 생성을 위하여 IFC 프레임워크 내의 사용자 정의 속성집합 을 활용하였으며, 이를 통해 IFC에서 지원하지 않는 철도 선로에 대한 추가 항목을 생성하였다. BIM 소프트웨어를 통해 추 가적으로 생성한 사용자 정의 속성집합을 반영한 IFC 기반의 정보모델을 생성하였고, 이를 정의된 참조방식에 따라 선로 유 지관리 정보항목을 COBie 스프레드시트에 전달하고 그 결과를 확인하였다. 이를 통해 IFC 기반의 As-built 모델로부터 COBie 스프레드시트로 정보를 전달함으로써 철도 시설물 유지관리업무를 위해 필요한 문서 생성에 활용할 수 있음을 확인 하였다.

        경제적 세계화는 국제무역의 광범위한 확대, ‘자본’이동의 자유화, 자유로운 해외직접투자 등 전 세계적인 자본의 자유로운 이동으로 인해 세계를 단일 시장으로 만들어 놓았다. 이에 더해 세계화는 또 다른 생산요소인 ‘노동’의 자유로운 이동을 가능하게 하여 전 세계적으 로 새로운 유목민 현상을 일으켜 경제적 풍요로움을 찾아 많은 사람들을 세계 각국으로 이동시키는 결과를 가져왔다. 자본과 노동의 범세계적 이동과 신자유주의적 개방정책으로 시작 된 경제적 세계화는 많은 국가와 지역에서 빈곤율을 어느 정도 떨어트렸 다고는 하나 아직도 지역적으로 빈곤이 심화되고 있으며, 중국과 인도, 그리고 동남아시아의 산업화로 지역적으로 편중된 곳을 제외하고 여타 서남아시아와 아프리카, 그리고 남미 지역에는 아직도 빈곤이 더 심화 되고 있는 상황이다. 특히 여성, 아동, 장애인, 노인 등의 빈곤층은 전 세계에 광범위하게 존재하는 것이 현실이다. 이러한 빈곤의 문제에 대해 교회는 지속적으로 이를 우려하며 사회와 국가들에게 경고해 오고 있으나 사정은 그리 나아진 것 같지 않다. 현대의 세계경제체제는 다수의 절망적 빈곤을 대가로 하여 소수가 과도한 풍요를 누리고 있는 불의한 체제이다. 오늘의 세계경제체제는 30억 이상이 가난과 전쟁이라는 죽음의 사슬에 매여 있고 최소한 24,000명이 날마다 가난과 영양실조로 죽어가는 반면 최상위 1%가 극단적인 부의 독점을 누리는 불의한 체제이다. 그러므로 교회는 경제 적으로 가난한 사람들의 인권과 경제적, 사회적 자유를 위해 일하는 것이 중요한 사명이라는 점을 인식해야 한다. 여기에는 이들을 보호하 고, 국가적, 지구적 연대를 강화하며, 경제적 양극화와 사회적 불평등을 영속화시키려는 국제기구나 부자국가들, 그리고 다국적기업들에 영향 력을 행사하도록 해야 한다. 나아가 이주민들의 처우와 빈곤문제, 인권 문제에 대해서도 적극 참여하여 하나님의 공의를 실현하고, 복음 을 땅 끝까지 전함으로써 하나님의 구원사역을 증거 하는 하나님의 선교에 적극적으로 동참해야 할 것이다. AGAPE의 주장은 어떤 면에서 과격해 보이기도 하다. 그럼에도 불구하고 이 주장에 동의하는 것은 그만큼 세계화가 빚은 현실이 하나님 나라의 현재성에서 크게 벗어나 있다는 반증이기 때문이다. 그러므로 그리스도인들과 교회는 AGAPE에서 지적하고 제시하는 바와 같이 사회에 만연해 있는 기아와 빈곤, 특히 전 세계적으로 심화되고 있는 극심한 ‘가난’과 ‘양극화’의 문제에 지속적으로 체제의 부당함을 지적하 고 정의를 요청해야 할 것이다.

        Project management is a tool for smooth operation during a full cycle from the design to normal operation including the schedule, document, and budget management, and document management is an important work for big projects such as the JRTR (Jordan Research and Training Reactor). To manage the various large documents for a research reactor, a project management system was resolved, a project procedure manual was prepared, and a document control system was established. The ANSIM (Advanced Nuclear Safety Information Management) system consists of a document management folder, document container folder, project management folder, organization management folder, and EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) document folder. First, the system composition is a computerized version of the Inter-office Correspondence (IOC), the Document Distribution for Agreement (DDA), Design Documents, and Project Manager Memorandum (PM Memo) works prepared for the research reactor design. Second, it reviews, distributes, and approves design documents in the system and approves those documents to register and supply them to the research reactor user. Third, it integrates the information of the document system-using organization and its members, as well as users’ rights regarding the ANSIM document system. Throughout these functions, the ANSIM system has been contributing to the vitalization of united research. Not only did the ANSIM system realize a design document input, data load, and search system and manage KAERI’s long-period experience and knowledge information properties using a management strategy, but in doing so, it also contributed to research activation and will actively help in the construction of other nuclear facilities and exports abroad.

        A document control system (DCS), ANSIM (KAERI Advanced Nuclear Safety Information Management) was designed for the purpose of documents preparation, review, and approvement for JRTR (Jordan Research and Training Reactor) project. The ANSIM system consists of a document management, document container, project management, organization management, and EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) document folder. The document container folder run after specific contents, a revision history of the design documents and drawings are issued in KAERI. The EPC document work-scope is a registry for incoming documents in ANSIM, the assignment of a manager or charger, document review, preparing and outgoing PM memorandum as attached the reviewed paper. On the other hand, KAERI is aiming another extra network server for the NRR (New Research Reactor) by the end of this year. In conclusion, it is the first, computation system of DCS that provides document form, document number, and approval line. Second, ANSIM increases the productivity of performance that can be recognized the document work-flow of oneself and all participants. Finally, a plenty of experience and knowledge of nuclear technology can be transmitted to next generation for the design, manufacturing, testing, installation, and commissioning. Though this, ANSIM is expected to allow the export of a knowledge and information system as well as a research reactor.

        Gimlyong-sa temple has played an important role of Buddhist culture in Gyeongsangdo Provinces(嶺南地域) in the late Joseon Dynasty as the 31st head temple(本山) in the Japanese occupation. There are lots of architectural documentary records remained nevertheless, most of cultural heritages are destroyed by fire in 1997. There were 85 articles in five kinds of books which contained historical achievements of Gimlyong-sa temple and hermitages(Daeseongam(大成庵), Hwajangam(華藏庵), Yangjinam(養眞庵), Geum seondae(金仙臺), Dosoram(兜率 庵), Myeongjeogam(明寂庵)). It is possible to understand the five situational peculiarities in the 17∼19th century. At the first, they were compiled in 1914 to around 1930 by Kwon Sangro(權相老) to clarify the historical facts. Second, confirmed the formation process of the foundation narrative. Third, the meaning of Seolseondang(設禪堂), Manseru(萬歲樓) and Hyangnojeon(香爐殿) were recorded, it is possible to look at the concept of people at that time. Fourth, the great masters portraits were enshrined in hermitages, not in Gimlyong-sa temple. It means that a hermitage is not for only self-discipline or living but assembly of religious orders(門派). Fifth, Chimgye(枕溪), the great Buddhist clergy and carpenter of Gimlyong-sa, was nationwide active worker in 19th century because he was also in a charge of investment manager for construction.

        "Japji" was an old cookbook written in 1721. There are 27 types of foods recorded in "Japji"; 10 descriptions of Byeonggwaryu (rice cakes and cookies): Yakgwa, Junggye, Mandugwa, Chaesugwa, Umujeonggwa, Dongajeonggwa, Baekjapyeon, Aengdupyeon, Toranbyeong, and Yeot; and 16 descriptions of Chanpumryu (side dishes): Jinjumyeon, Jeunggyetang, Geumjungtang, Eoreumtang, Changjajjim, Gajijjim, Oejjim, Dubuseon, Dubuneureumi, Geneureumi, Gesanjeok, Hodojaban, Jeonyak, Seokryutang, Sungeojuak, and Yangmandu. There is also a description of Gugija (Chinese wolfberry) liquor. Here, comparative analysis based on culinary science was carried out on the Korean foods recorded in "Japji" as well as the similar foods recorded in "Gyuhapchongseo" (Women's Encyclopedia) written around 1815. Of the 27 types of Korean foods recorded in "Japji", 13 were also found recorded in "Gyuhapchongseo". The time period for "Japji" can be assumed to be 1721 based on the fact that it is written in a cursive handwriting style of Hangeul, that chili was never used as an ingredient, and that the word "Shinchuknyeon (辛丑年)" was transcribed at the beginning of the book. The dating method also included considerations of whether Neureumi was used or not as well as changes in its cooking style.

        HANARO(High Flux Advanced Neutron Application Reactor) design was started from 1985 and was constructed in 1995 by KAERI(Korea Atomic Energy Research Institute). The document control book was written by hand and hard-copy was kept at that time. JRTR(Jordan Research and Training Reactor) was contracted for export to Jordan March 2010 by KAERI Consortium. This contract is a matter for congratulation of export of first made-in-Korea nuclear system. NRR(New Research Reactor) officially launched in April 2012. The document control system is controlled by PPM (Project Procedure Manual) and QAP(Quality Assurance Procedure) and ANSIM(KAERI Advanced Nuclear Safety Information Management) was built for JRTR. ANSIM system consists of the document management holder, document container holder and organization management holder. This system was registered about 2,000 design output like DDA(Document Distribution for Agreement), design documents, design drawings and project manger memorandum. The system design for JRTR was smoothly performed using ANSIM. NRR set to separated exclusive system that was based on JRTR ANSIM. Folder of nuclear laws, codes and standards was added to that system and those will be useful during designing. The project and quality assurance plans and procedures has been managed from design documents separately. Above all things, independent review and ALARA(As Low As Reasonably Achievable) review were operated for nuclear safety at ANSIM. And cover and body of design document were combined and backup system was established. After then, system upgrade and operation pursue the effect analysis by design change for accomplishment of the research reactor project.

        Human races have used various heating methods, since fire was founded in the world. It is very the important work to trace the history of Ondol, which originated and developed in the Korean peninsula. Especially, the study on ancient Ondol would contribute to improving the present heating methods and predicting future ones. In this paper, we shall study through the analysis of documents such as oriental ancient documents, the document of Choseon dynasty, Europe documents and American documents. In order to discover the origins of Ondol as one of the excellent heating method all over the world, This study aims at identifying the history of Ondol and characteristics in the Korean peninsula, through document analysis. Results of this study are as follows. 1) The first record about Ondol is related to Ondol at Kwankyesa in the border land between Gogooryo and the northeast of China. 2) Ondol built in the period of Balhae dynasty had single flue(Hanjool Gorae) and double flue(Doojool Gorae). 3) The overspreading of Ondol made the quality of Ondol poor in the last of Choseon dynasty. 4) If the layout of Bulmok had been poor, it might have caused the backflow of fire. 5) Korean Ondol has been used as a heating method for a long time and the period is longer than that of the west.

        The current electrical safety plan developed for the national electricity system has been playing an important role in handling a variety of electrical accidents. However, it can be more effective to prevent or reduce those accidents if a preventive electrical safety plan is available. In this paper, an approach to developing the safety plan is described. We first discuss the contents that should be included in the plan. Noting that an effective plan requires the system level consideration of all the factors affecting the safety issues, an operation concept document (OCD) is considered. The OCD can allow us to understand the behavior of the safety system based on the operation environment, the system functions, the performance requirements, all at the system level of the safety system. Thus, the OCD can be useful in developing the safety plan. A detailed description then follows on how the OCD is developed for the electrical safety system under study. Finally, we discuss how the developed OCD can be used in deriving the preventive electrical safety plan.
