With the development of technology, mobile fingerprint instruments are now actively introduced to consumers as a secure and convenient solution to problems related to identity control and authorization verification management in m-payment systems. This study aims to reveal whether consumers’ inference about a tradeoff between convenience and security still influences today’s m-payment environments. A presumed research model was proposed and tested using structural equation modeling to explore the effects of perceived security, privacy, and convenience of Touch ID in-app payments on attitude toward and usage intention of the technology, mediated by perceived risk and trust. The results (n = 406) revealed that perceived privacy, security, and convenience of Touch ID in-app payments directly or indirectly influenced consumer attitude toward the technology, also trust and perceived risk significantly mediated the effects of such factors on attitude, predicting usage intention. These findings have important theoretical and practical implications, particularly for the development and marketing of retailer’s in-app payments.

Pleurotus cornucopiae (PC) mushrooms is found in the field and commonly known in Japan as Tamogidake mushrooms. Recently it has been reported that PC also alleviating the toxicity of heavy metals. However little is known about mechanism of the action of PC on osteoblast differentiation, especially in transcription factor. Inhibitor of DNA binding-1 (Id-1) function has been linked to the proliferation, migration, and senescence of cells, and studies about relationship between Id-1 and biological function. Therefore, this study was aimed to investigate the effect of PC on osteoblast differentiation and expression of Id-1 and Id-2. PC treatment increased ALP, Col 1 and OCN. PC treatment up-regulated the mRNA levels of Id-1 and Id-2 genes. This PC–induced osteoblast differentiation is more effective in lower doses rather than high doses. This study shows that expression of Id-1 and Id-2 was increased in a dose-dependent manner during PC-induced osteoblast differentiation.

We selected lactic acid bacteria to reduce cholesterol levels in vitro and in vivo. Among the 140 strains tested, a strain ID9201 was shown to reduce cholesterol in the spent medium over 30% and to increase cholesterol in cell pellet. A strain ID9201 isolated from breast milk-fed Korean infant feces was identified as Enterococcus faecium on the basis of morphological analysis, biochemical analysis (API kit), and 16S rDNA sequence analysis. A freeze-dried powder of the strain was fed to Sprague-Dawley(SD) rats with high cholesterol diet for 6 wk. In the control group fed cholesterol enriched diet without probiotics, the serum cholesterol increased by 1.9 times in comparison with the initial value. Among the test group, ID9201 group showed the lowest cholesterol increase, 1.5 times of initial serum cholesterol, as in the blank group fed normal diet without probiotics. Based on these data, we assumed that ID9201 inhibited intestinal absorption of dietary cholesterol.

Those are festivals called the Minor festive day and the Major festive day. These are the greatest festive days of Islam to be held from the 70 days after Ramadan finished. The festive days are called a mass worship service. These festive days become the spiritual connection point which the rich share beasts with the poor. Islam id begins from the point that Abraham offered a living beast as a sacrifice to God at the Genesis of the Old Testament. Id festival is the duty of all Muslims in the Islam world and is to show the mind to submit to Allah. Islam id is the festival to pray for service and achievement, the day of thanksgiving and celebration, the day of triumph, the day to collect the fruits of good deeds and service, and simultaneously the spiritual union and the festival to have the meaning that purifies the souls. Even if festival is kept by all people, it is the time when a patriarch kills a beast and share it with relatives and all people with pleasure. But that Abraham offered Isaac as a sacrifice contains the redemptive principle to redeem a life, that is, the symbol of Messiah to come. This is aimed to seek for the contact point of the Gospel in the Christian perspective through this Islam id festival. It is important for us to see the contextual communication to be united with the audience and the phenomenon to occur in the mind of a receiver for the cultural sharing and message sending. And through the ministry to be shown by action, instead of rejection symptom against the culture we can seek for the contact point. Above all things, we can send through the cultural situation in this festival of Islam, the form and meaning of culture, the core of the Gospel, and the redemptive death of a Lamb as a sacrificial offering by exchanging the religious information as a contact point to send the Biblical truth. We must make Islam id festival the opportunity of the Gospel message.

This study was conducted to analyze the expression pattern of inhibitor of DNA binding proteins (Id)1 and Id2 mRNA on folliculogenesis in rat ovary. The ovaries were obtained from 27 days old Sprague-Dawley rat, fixed, dehydrated, and paraffin embedded. For in situ hybridization, anti-sense and sense Idl and Id2 cRNA probes were prepared and applied to the ovarian section. The ovarian sections were coated with NTB-2 emulsion. After that, the slides were developed and counterstained with hematoxylin and eosin staining. In oocytes, the hybridizational signals of Id1 mRNA were strong in primordial and primary follicles, however, there were no signals in that of atretic or preovulatory follicles. The Id2 mRNA signals were also strong in the oocytes of primordial, primary and secondary follicles. Interestingly, the Id2 mRNA was expressed specifically granulosa cells, but nor in oocyte or theca cells in dominant and preovulatory follicles. Based on these results, Id1 and Id2 mRNA was expressed specifically at follicle stages and follicular tissue and might be closely related with follicle development.

DNA 결합 단백질 억제(Inhibitor of DNA binding protein) 또는 분화억제(Inhibitor of differentiation) 인자인 Id는 네 종류(Id1-4)가 있으며, 세포의 증식과 분화, 혈관 형성 및 세포자가사멸 등에 정 또는 부의 조절인자로서 널리 알려져 있다. 하지만 아직까지 번식생리 분야에서 이들 유전자들의 발현이나 기능에 관해 알려진 것은 거의 없다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 쥐 난소에서 난포의 발달에 따른 Id3 mRNA의 발현 양상을 살펴보고자 실시하였다. 쥐에게 PMSG 주사 후, 3, 6, 12, 24, 36 및 48시간째에 난소를 회수하여 고정, 탈수 및 파라핀 포매를 실시하였다. In situ hybridization 실험을 위하여 anti-sense와 sense Id3 cRNA 탐침자를 제작한 다음 난소 절편에 반응시켰다. 반응이 끝난 난소 절편은 NTB-2 유광제에 노출시킨 후 현상액에 반응시켰다. 모든 처리가 끝난 슬라이드는 H&E 염색을 실시한 다음 현미경하에서 hybridization 감도를 1+에서 4+로 구분하여 평가하였다. 난자에서는 Id3 mRNA 감도가 원시와 제1차 난포에서 ≥2+으로 확인되었으나, 제2차, 우성 및 배란전 난포에서는 1+ 이하로 관찰되었다. 한편, 과립막세포에서는 우성과 배란 전 난포에서 Id3 mRNA가 3+ 또는 4+로 강하게 발현되는 것을 확인하였다. 이상의 결과를 종합하여 보면, Id3 mRNA는 난포의 발단 단계 또는 난포세포에 따라 특이적으로 발현하는 것으로 보아 난포의 발달과 밀접한 연관이 있을 것으로 사료된다.

Consumers keep demanding for diversified high quality products, valuable services and safety. With this in mind, Distribution Industry is being updated rapidly to accomodate this demand. Meanwhile, Distribution Information Technology of agricultural products has been in slow progress with little in-depth studies. In this study, it has been analyzed the usage of Bar code which is the key element for agricultural Distribution Information Technology. The analysis was conducted through a survey utilizing questionnaire covering 5 Hypermarkets(Super-centers) including big 3 companies. Also, Japanese market trends have been studied to visit a Japan Government Organization concerned, GS1 Japan, an Agricultural Cooperative, an Agricultural Wholesale Market, and a Retail Company. If we could use KAN code for all agricultural products, we could collect and analyze the information of price and trade quantity of them. It opens a new era to understand the agricultural products supply and demand easily. This will certainly make a great contribution to the evolution of agricultural products distribution. From this research, it is suggested that collective efforts by suppliers, wholesalers, retailers and Government Officers are needed to make large scale mutual marketing Organizations, which specialize in sending out agricultural products. The Organization is recommended to standardize and pack every final agricultural products, to promote the use of KAN code.

TDFA (Tire Derived Fuel Ash) is byproduct after burning copped tire fillet in boiler. It contains relatively high SiO2 and CaO components with high Braine over 5,000g/cm3. Nowadays the reclamation site for TDFA is going insufficient and its utilization is strongly required. In the paper, its utilization for cement-based material is introduced. Its detailed strategy and test plans are presented in the related presentation.
