        It is important that the plasma torch used in the waste treatment field has a high output to increase throughput. In order to increase the output of the plasma torch, there is a method of increasing the current or extending the length of the plasma arc. Among these methods, high power can be easily achieved simply by increasing current, but it is difficult to ensure electrode life. Therefore, it is necessary to check the appropriate current and arc length conditions to achieve high power and stable operation. In this paper, the power performance according to the arc length, current, and operation mode was confirmed in the transfer mode plasma torch. The test conditions are the distance (arc length) between the plasma torch and the external electrode was set to 5-180 mm, and the current was set to be in the range of 90-460 A. As a result of the test, it was confirmed that the reverse polarity operation had a maximum output of 159 kW depending on the arc length and current, and the positive polarity operation had a maximum output of 138 kW. Through this result, it was confirmed that the arc length had an effect on increasing the output, and that the reverse polarity operation had a longer arc than the positive polarity operation.

        RAM represents reliability, availability, and maintenance, and is a key performance indicator that is utilized throughout the life cycle of the weapon system from the stage of requesting to disposal. If the RAM target value is set to a too high value, development may be delayed or development cost may be increased. If it is set to a too low value, frequent failures may occur during training, or a problem may arise that the number of available weapon systems is insufficient. The currently most used method to set the RAM target value is to write an operation mode summary and calculate it through an equation. However, as the definition of the operation mode is not standardized, different RAM target values may be set depending on the authoring organization. This study aims to analyze the current situation and suggest an alternative to this problem.

        MBR(membrane bioreactor)공정은 운전시간이 지날수록 막 오염이 진행되면서 막간차압(TMP, transmembrane pressure)이 증가하고 결국 여과 성능이 감소하게 된다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 막 오염 제어에 대한 다양한 방식의 기술이 개발, 응용되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 경제적이고 효율적인 방법으로 막 오염을 제어하기 위하여 MBR 하부에서 공급되는 공기를 이용하여 자연적으로 순환되는 구형 비드와 역세척(backwashing)이 가능한 평막을 이용하여 사인파형 연속 투과운전(SFCO)방식에 따른 막간차압을 측정, 비교하고자 하였다.

        본 연구에서는 0.5 wt% 에멀젼형 절삭유 수용액에 평막형 분리막을 침지시키고 대칭 및 비대칭 사인파형 투과유속 연속운전(SFCO) 방식으로 실험하였다. 사용한 정밀여과막은 유효 막면적이 0.02 m2이고 공칭 세공크기가 0.15 μm이었다. 탁도 기준으로 에멀젼형 절삭유의 99% 이상이 제거되었으며 산기량이 증가할수록 TMP가 낮게 상승하였다. 비대칭형 SFCO 운전방식은 투과유속이 낮은 10∼15 L/m2·h 영역에서 대칭형 SFCO 운전방식보다 다소 유리하였다. 하지만, 투과유속이 높은 25∼30 L/m2·h에서는 대칭형 SFCO 운전이 매우 효과적임을 확인할 수 있었다.

        본 연구에서는 MBR 내에 침지된 분리막 오염을 평가하기 위하여 운전시간에 따른 막간차압(TMP)을 측정하였 다. 유효 막면적이 0.02 m2이고 공칭 세공크기가 0.15 μm인 정밀여과용 평막 모듈을 MLSS 5,000 mg/L인 활성슬러지 용액 에 침지시켰다. 운전/휴직(R/S) 및 사인파형 투과유속 연속운전(SFCO) 방식에 따른 TMP를 비교하기 위하여 동시에 투과 실 험을 수행하였다. SFCO 운전방법에 따른 TMP는 R/S에 비하여 최대 93% 낮게 유지되었으며 투과유속이 증가함에 따라서 TMP 감소 효과는 줄어들었다. 또한 응집제인 FeCl3를 활성슬러지 용액에 500 mg/L 농도로 주입시키면 SCFO 운전방식의 경우, 투과 운전시간을 5배 이상 증가시켜도 한계 운전 TMP인 55 kPa의 40% 미만으로 유지됨을 확인할 수 있었다.

        In recent years, China's animation market has been gradually prospered with the screening of many high-quality animation works. At the same time, a large number of high-quality national animation IP has also been born. From "Nezha" to "Legend of Deification" Chinese animation has triumphed both in box office and public praise. Sadly, compared with these achievements, the whole animation derivative industry looks depressed. In this paper, the current developing status of domestic and foreign animation derivatives industry is compared and analyzed, and the foreign successful experience of the development of animation derivatives industry and the problems existing in the operation mode of derivatives in China are summarized. Finally, put forward suggestions for the next development of China's animation derivatives industry.

        Owing to the government’s positive policies and its own continuous development, China’s film industry has gained a significant progress and already occupied an important part of the domestic film market. However, under the new situation dominated by the Internet, the pace of reform of the film industry’s operation mode is comparatively so slow that the existing operating system cannot adapt to changes in the film market. By contrast, the film industry in South Korea has sprung up again in the entire Asian market after a deep recession. Thanks to the reconstruction of the South Korean film industry operating system as well as a series of supporting policies of Korean government, a new “South Korean Trend” is formed. This paper will analyze the demerits of the operation mode of the film industry in China and try to explore effective ways which is beneficial to the development of China’s film industry through comparing China’s and South Korea’s film industries’ current development and operation mode under the “New Media” environment driven by the Internet.
