본 계획은 용궐산이 가지고 있는 자연자원을 활용하여 증가하고 있는 산림치유 수요에 대처하며 체험·체류형 관광 유도로 지역경제 활성화에 기여할 수 있는 산림치유밸리를 조성하는 것이다. 대상지는 전라북도 순창군 동계면에 위치한용궐산 자락이며 면적은 2,937,388㎡이다.계획을 수행하기 위해 입지환경, 자연환경, 인문환경을 분석하였으며 대상지에 적용할 수 있는 자연치유 및 대체치유방법에 대하여 검토하였다. 현황분석 내용과 관련 사례 및 치유방법을 토대로 기본구상안을 도출하고 기본계획을 수립하였다.본 계획은 대상지가 지니고 있는 우수한 자연자원을 활용하되 자연에 대한 영향이 최소화 되도록 하였다. 또한장수 고장으로서 순창의 이미지를 활용하는 장소마케팅을 강화하며 이를 뒷받침할 수 있는 다양한 치유관련 체험시설을도입하였다. 기존 산림치유의 숲과 차별화 될 수 있는 활동 및 시설을 도입하였으며 오감만족을 통한 심리적, 신체적치유를 경험할 수 있는 시설을 계획하였다. 특히 계곡을 따라 계획된 산책로를 따라 9개의 치유공간을 체험할 수 있는 구구팔팔치유구곡은 본 계획의 핵심공간이다. 구구팔팔치유구곡 내의 치유프로그램과 산림치유길은 다양한 유형으로계획하여 질병 유형 및 이용자 특성에 따라 선택할 수 있도록 공간을 계획하였다.
The purpose of this plan is to create a forest therapy valley using the natural resources at Yonggwolsan to meet the growing demand for forest therapy and to contribute to the local economy with tourism. The site is located in Donggye-myeon, Sunchang-gun, and covers 2,937,388㎡. Before the plan was created, the local, natural, and human environments of the site were analyzed, and nature therapy and alternative therapy were investigated. A master plan was created based on the analysis of the site characteristics, the case study, and the literature. The plan involves the best use of natural resources on the site that has minimal impact on nature. The plan was to take advantage of the image of Sunchang as a region of longevity and thus create various healing programs and facilities. The facilities are targeted at family-oriented tourists. Accommodations were planned. Compared with existing forest healing activities and facilities, different activities and facilities were introduced. In particular, facilities for psychological and physical healing were planned. The core of the plan is 'Ninety-nine Eighty-eight Therapeutic Nine Gok', which will provide nine healing spaces during a walk through the valley. A healing forest road and healing program were planned by using various types according to user characteristics, such as type of disease, to plan healing spaces.
