목적 : 본 연구의 목적은 데이컴 직무분석 기법을 통해 장애인 직업재활 분야에 종사하는 작업치료사의 직무를 정의하고, 수행하고 있는 책무와 작업, 작업요소를 도출하는 것이다. 연구방법 : 작업치료사의 직무분석을 위해 데이컴 기법을 사용하였다. 이를 위해 데이컴 위원회를 구성하였고 데이컴 워 크숍을 개최하여 직무를 도출하였다. 직무분석 결과를 직업재활을 강의하고 있는 교수진에게 내용 타당도를 검토받아 최종적으로 책무, 수행 작업, 작업요소를 확정하였다. 결과 : 본 연구를 통해 장애인 직업재활 분야에 종사하는 작업치료사의 직무 정의와 9개의 책무(상담, 평가, 사업체 평가, 직업준비훈련, 직업적응훈련, 취업연계, 교육, 연구, 관리(행정업무)), 41개의 수행 작업과 101개의 작업요소를 도출하였다. 결론 : 본 연구 결과는 직업재활분야에 종사하는 작업치료사의 직무내용을 구체적으로 설명할 수 있는 자료가 될 것이며, 작업치료학과 교육과정과 협회 보수교육과정에 직업재활 교육과정을 개설하는 근거와 교육내용을 제공할 수 있을 것이다.
Objective : The purposes of this study are to define the job of occupational therapists engaged in the field of vocational rehabilitation, and to derive the duties, tasks, and task elements of occupational therapists. Methods : We used the DACUM technique for a job analysis of occupational therapists. To do so, we derived the final work elements after we made up the DACUM committee and held a DACUM work shop. We then confirmed the duties, tasks, and task elements after we received the content validity from vocational rehabilitation teaching faculties. Results : Through this study, we derived the job definition of an occupational therapist engaged in vocational rehabilitation including nine responsibilities (counseling, evaluation, work place evaluation, work preparation training, work adjustment training, linkage of employment, education, research, and administration), 41 tasks, and 101 task elements. Conclusion : The results of this study are expected to elaborate on the job description of occupation therapists engaged in vocational rehabilitation and provide a background and educational content for departments of occupational therapy and continuing education courses of the occupational therapy association.
