본 연구의 목적은 예방과 함께 성장을 추구하는 긍정심리학과 긍정의 대화를 가능케 하는 코칭과의 통합적 접근을 통해 성인이 아동과 효과적으로 대화할 수 있는 체계적인 코칭모델을 개발하는 것으로, 그 첫 번째 단계(1)에 해당되는 연구이다. 이러한 목적에 따라 첫 번째 단계에서 설정한 두 가지 연구문제는 TREASURE Talk 코칭모델을 구성하는 것과 구성된 모델에 의거하여 실천체계를 구축하는 것이었으며, 연구방법으로는 문헌고찰, 강의, 브레인스토밍, 과제제시와 상호피드백, 집단그룹토의 등을 사용하였다. 연구 결과, 모델의 구성은 성인이 습득해야 할 언행을 ‘보물’이라는 뜻을 가진 ‘TREASURE’의 8글자를 각각 이니셜로 사용하고, 자제해야 할 언행으로 ‘감시장치’라는 뜻을 가진 ‘CCTV’의 4글자를 각각 이니셜로 사용하여 구성하였다. 그리고 실천체계로서 TREASURE에 초점을 맞추어 과잉연습을 할 수 있는 TREASURE Time과 함께 이 시간동안 쉽고도 재미있게 기술을 연마할 수 있도록 TREASURE Toy의 활용기준을 마련하였다.향후 TREASURE Talk 코칭모델에 기반한 실험연구를 통해 모델의 효과성을 확인할 수 있는 도구로서의 코딩시스템의 구성되어야 할 것이며, 나아가 TREASURE서 효과성을 제고할 수 있는 교수매체 및 아동용 놀이감이 포함된 프로그램을 개발하고 효과를 검증해 보아야 할 것이다.

This research, based on preventative and developmental orientation approach of Positive psychology, is aimed at developing a coaching model which allows an adult to repetitively practice the technique with a child for effective communication.To achieve the aim, this study sets two research issues.1) Develop TREASURE Talk Coaching Model. 2) Set the construction of practice system based on the developed model. In result to research issue 1, theoretical foundation and coaching approach of positive psychology was used as direction of research. Furthermore, defined and categorized TREASURE and CCTV which are the learned and prohibited behavior. In result to research issue 2, TREASURE Time was constructed for operation of TREASURE TALK Coaching Model. Also the standard of TREASURE Toy and TREASURE Play was set.As a result of this research, effectiveness of the Coaching Model will need verification through future TREASURE Talk research data and, furthermore, will require a coding system. Moreover, improvement through instructional media and children‘s toys should be looked over for effective development of TREASURE Talk Coaching Model.
