본 연구는 태양에너지를 효율적으로 이용하기 위하여 태양열 집열기와 팬코일유니트(F CU)에 의한 집열량을 실험적으로 검토하였다. 실험기간 동안 진주지역의 최저외기온은 -13.0~25.2℃ 범위에 있었고, 일사량은 0.0~26.6 MJ․m-2 정도의 범위에 있었다. 그리고 평균 일사량 및 최저외기온의 평균은 각각 13.6 MJ․m-2 및 8.1℃ 정도인 것으로 나타났다. 진공관형 태양열 집열기에 설치한 순환펌프를 ON/OFF시켰을 경우, 회수된 열량은 각각 22,473.8 kcal 및 19,438.9 kcal 정도로서 순환펌프의 작동에 의해 약 15.6 %정도 효율이 개선되는 것으로 판단되었다. 평판 및 진공관형 집열기로부터 회수된 총 열량은 각각 2,865,092.1 kcal 및 2,366,119.2 kcal 정도였다. FCU에 의한 실험결과를 보면, FRP를 이용한 경우에 전체 축열량과 공급열량은 각각 1,289,839.3 kcal 및 1,143,807.4 kcal정도였다. WB의 경우는 각각 970,277.0 kcal 및 885,386.0 kcal정도인 것으로 나타났으며, 온실내부의 온도는 최저외 기온보다 약 3.0℃이상 높게 유지되어는 것으로 나타났다.
This experiment was conducted to study the rate of heat collection of the solar collector and fan coil unit(FCU) in order to analyze how solar energy might be used more efficiently. During the period of the experiment, the min. ambient temperature on the experimental area in Jinju ranged from -13.0 to 25.2℃, and the solar radiation was in the range of 0.0~26.6 MJ․m-2. The average solar radiation and the average min. ambient temperature were 13.6 MJ․m-2 and 8.1℃, respectively. When turning ON/OFF the circulating pump of vacuum tube type solarcollector, the collected heat amount was about 22,473.8 kcal and 19,438.9 kcal respectively, and so it was considered that the efficiency improved by 15.6%. The total heat amount collected by the flat plate and vacuum tube type solar collector were around 2,865,092.1 kcal and 2,366,119.2 kcal, respectively. According to the experimental result by FCU, When FRP tank was used the total heat storage andsupplying heat was 1,289,839.3 kcal and 1,143,807.4 kcal, respectively, when using FRP tank, In the case of water bag, it was about 970,277.0 kcal and around 885,386.0 kcal, respectively, and the air temperature inside the greenhouse was maintained at a temperature more than 3.0℃ higher than the min. ambient temperature.
