최근 일본은 아베정권이 들어선 이후 우경화로 치달리고 있고, 반면에 우리 박근혜정부는 신뢰를 바탕을 한 외교정책을 고수하고 있다. 일본은 타케시마는 일본 영토라는 주장을 계속하고 있다. 일본은 평화적인 수단을 이용해서 현안을 해결하려고 하는 근본적인 정책기조를 가지고 있다고 하면서, 모든 기회를 이용해서 협상을 계속하고자 노력하고 있다고 한다. 그러나 이것은 정직하지 못한 것이다. 일본은 외교에서도 속내와 겉마음이 다른 것이 기본적인 태도이다. 죽도연구회는 시마네현이 만든 유사 관변단체이다. 죽도에 관한 연구는 일본 정책에 큰 영향을 끼치고 있다. 우리는 죽도연구회를 심각하게 조사하고 연구해야 한다. 사견으로는 독도는 한국 영토이고, 영토문제가 아니라고 생각한다. 독도는 일본이 러시아에 대하여 주장하고 있는 북방영토문제와는 다른 것이다.

Recently Japanese turn to the conservative swing since the new Abe regime, on the other hands we Korea adhere closely to the confidence policy.
Japanese claims that Takeshima is Japanese territory repeatedly. Even Japan has a fundamental policy to resolve the issue through peaceful means, and tries to continue negotiations, taking every opportunity. But it is untruth. Japanese is different intention from face in the diplomacy.
The study group of the issue of Takeshima is a quasi official organ made by Shimane Prefecture. A study on the issue of Takeshima would be the biggest influence to Japanese policy. We all inspect and research to the study group of the issue of Takeshima seriously.
In my thought, Dokto is Korean territory, and then it is not a territorial problem. Dokto is different from that northern territorial issue which Japanese hold very strongly to Russia.
