It has been said that women have involved in online and off-line political participations less than men do. In this respect, we propose this study to promote women’s online communities use and set up strategies for drawing political participations by investigating use motives and effects of online women’s communities in their 20s. Specifically, the effects of those online communities are divided into continuous use intention and dimension of feminism (perception of gender equality and specific political agendas) The result shows that use motives are defined as “communication”, “self-expression” , “seeking information”, “gender identity”, and “escapism and ease of tension.”The vari-ables that have an effect on continuous use intention are “seeking information”, “escapism and ease of tension”, “frequency of usage”, “attitude”and “perceived behavioral control.” Also, the variables that have an effect on perception of gender equality are “seeking information”, “gender identity”, “attitude”, and “perceived behavioral control.”The variables that have an effect on specific political agendas are “communication”, “self-expression(-)”, “seeking information”, “gender identity”, and “perceived behavioral control.” Based on those results, this paper will provide proper campaigns for helping women in the twenties to involve in female online communities and campaigns strategies for constructing women’s political awareness or participations in politics.
