본 연구는 교사의 문화다양성과 다문화적 효능감에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하여 다문화가정 아동을 위한 교사 지원 개발 방안을 제기하려는 목적으로 경북지역에 근무하는 교사 191명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 수집된 데이터를 바탕으로 빈도분석, t-test, ANOVA를 이용하여 분석하였다. 분석한 결과 문화다양성과 다문화적 효능감에 통계적으로 모두 유의한 영향을 미치고 있는 것은 교사의 다문화관련 연수경험으로 나타났으며 다문화 가정 아동을 위해 중점적으로 실행하고 있는 지원 활동 분석결과를 보면 학습지도가 가장 높았고 다문화가정 아동을 위한 교사 지원에서 강화되어야 할 영역에 대한 결과는 다문화 가정 아동을 위한 교수기술의 필요성을 가장 높게 인식함을 확인하였다.
The development of teacher support is an important issue in helping bringing up children of multicultural families to be national leading roles for the future. For teachers, this would be an important part of the children's school lives.
The goal of this study is to analyze teacher support for children of multicultural families, focusing on cultural diversity and multicultural efficacy to obtain the data necessary for the inquiry into a development plan. Below are the results of the study. Firstly, the result showed that training experience is one of the key points in affecting multicultural efficacy and cultural diversity and teachers with training experience have proven to be important. Secondly, The teachers support for children of multicultural families should include all the areas that are relevant for the possibility of the society and community to approach multiculturalism, policies and as well as individual teacher's awareness, attitude and knowledge. In conclusion, combining community support and the skills of the teachers schooling is a factor to be further intensified today and the years to come: therefore its development is essential.
