21세기를 대비하는 창의적 우수인재 양성을 위해서 교수법 내용체계와 운영체계에 있어 과거의 주입식교육체제와는 질적 수준을 달리하는 창의혁신기반의 수업역량 개발과 실행적 전문성 함양이 단위학교 수준에서 적극적으로 이루어져야 한다. 교육의 주체는 교사라는 사실을 감안할 때, 창의성교육의 적극적 실현을 위해서는 무엇보다도 학습자 중심의 창의적 수업운영방식(확산적 사고촉진, 브레인스토밍과 같은 아이디어 생성기법 훈련, 학생의 내적 동기 촉진, 문제해결능력 함양 등) 유형과 이를 위한 제도적 지원여건 구비에 대한 현장 교사의 인식과 신념이 포괄적으로 확인될 필요성이 있다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 학생 창의성 계발을 위해 교사가 활용하는 교수방식과 수업형태의 다양성을 확인할 수 있는 창의성 실행 진단항목을 구안하고, 그 구성적 내용타당성을 교원의 인식을 중심으로 실증적으로 검증하였다. 또한 창의성교육 실행 및 계발에 대한 교육현장 구성원의 다양한 인식을 체계적으로 분석하기 위하여 교원 성별에 따른 군집분석을 시도하였다. 이러한 논의는 창의성교육 구현을 위한 수업운영 방식과 지원인프라 구축에 대한 교원의 인식을 다양한 측면에서 종합적으로 조망함으로써 향후 보다 정교한 창의성교육 실행 진단도구 계발을 위한 기초자료를 확보하는데 기여할 것이다.

Creativity is a fundamental mental activity by which humans have utilized to enhance the quality of life as well as civilizations through innovation. As the development of human resources with creative competency is most needed for the economic growth and sustainable competitive power of countries facing an uncertain and complex world these days, nurturing creativity at schools becomes one of the major goals that teachers are expected to achieve. Despite recognition that the teaching skills and educational tools available in the classroom play an important role in enhancing students’ creative expression, few attempt have been made to examine teacher perceptions about the extent to which creativity has been developed in that context Largely drawing from major findings of related literature over the issue, 13 items including two areas, ‘teaching methods’ and ‘educational infra', in the survey have been devised. To find significant difference of them, this paper has employed various methods such as mean difference tests(T-test and ANOVA), a correlation test, EFA(Exploratory Factor Analysis), CFA(Confirmatory Factor Analysis), and HCA(Hierarchical Cluster Analysis).
