본 연구는 최근 교사의 전문성 신장을 위한 방안으로 수업 성찰 활동에 대한 관심이 고조되 고 있는 시점에서 ‘목표’, ‘경험’, ‘관찰’로 구성된 성찰 질문과 태블릿을 활용한 지속적․협력적 성찰 활동이 교사의 수업 전문성 신장에 어떻게 기여할 수 있는지를 질적으로 탐색하였다. 연 구 결과, 첫째, 참여자들은 ‘관찰’을 통한 학습자 이해를 바탕으로 기존의 교사 중심의 수업 실 천 관점에서 학습자 중심의 학습 목표 수립 및 학습 상황에서 발생하는 문제들에 대해 적극적 으로 대처해나가는 ‘실천 속의 성찰’의 모습을 나타내었다. 둘째, 참여자들은 일련의 협력적 성 찰 활동의 참여 경험으로부터 연구․실천을 포괄하는 성찰 환경으로서 교사 학습공동체 형성 의 필요성을 요구하였다. 셋째, 본 성찰 활동에서의 태블릿은 일련의 수업 실천 과정에서 상황 맥락적 활용성을 나타내었고, 성찰 공간의 물리적 확대와 함께 협력적 성찰 공간을 제공함으로 서 상시적 성찰 활동 참여와 유지, 학습 공동체 형성을 위한 매개체로써 기능하였다.

The purpose of this study was to explore how teachers’ use of tablets contribute to their professional development through continuous-collaborative reflective activities and reflection questions consisted of ‘aim’, ‘experience’, and ‘observation. The findings of the study include that the participant teachers changed to set the objectives of the lessons based on their understandings of the students and carried out their lessons with a focus on learners, instead of teachers. The participants showed ‘reflection in action’ in which they addressed classroom problems actively through reflection activities. Second, from the experience of participation in collaborative reflective activities, participants emphasized the necessity of the learning community as a reflective environments, including both research and practice. Last, the tablets had potentials in utilizing situational contexts of the instructional process. And the tablets functioned as a medium for the development of the teachers’ learning community, and supplemented persistent reflections on their teaching.
