각막굴절교정렌즈의 유용성과 안정성을 평가하고자 Lucid CH 1 렌즈 착용자 중 매일 최소 8시간 이상 각막굴절교정렌즈를 착용할 수 있고 안질환이 없는 80명 (11.950±2.609 세, 160안)을 대상으로 각막굴절교정렌즈 착용 전, 착용 1일 1주일 2주일 1개월 3개월 및 6개월 후에 세극등 현미경검사와 타각적·자각적 굴절검사를 실시하고, 각막곡률반경, 각막두께를 측정하여 분석한 결과 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 처방된 각막굴절교정렌즈의 베이스커브와 약주경선은 높은 상관성(R=0.962, p
