목적: 본 연구는 안경사의 직위(원장, 책임안경사, 일반안경사)별로 근무시간, 월 휴일의 수, 휴무 요일에 대해 만족도와 요구를 분석하였다. 이 자료가 안경사의 근무 환경 개선에 도움이 되고 안경원을 효율적으로 운영하는데 기초 자료가 되고자 하였다. 방법: 본 연구는 수도권(서울, 경기) 전북 지역 안경원에서 근무하고 있는 안경사 150명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 총 125부의 유효한 설문지를 SPSS 12.0 통계 프로그램을 활용하여 분석하였다. 결과: 연구대상자의 직위별로 분석한 근무시간은 모든 직위에서 “10시간 이상 12시간 미만”의 비율이 가장 높은 것으로 조사되었으며(원장 60.0%, 책임안경사 82.8%, 일반안경사 57.1%), 근무시간의 요구는 모든 직위에서 “8시간 이상 10시간 미만”의 근무시간을 가장 많이 요구하는 것으로 조사되었다(원장 56.0%, 책임 안경사 75.0%, 일반안경사 58.8%). 연구대상자의 직위별로 분석한 월 휴일의 횟수는 모든 직위에서 3~4일의 비율이 가장 높은 것으로 조사되었으며(원장 50.0%, 책임안경사 51.7%, 일반안경사 58.9%), 요구는 책임안경사와 일반안경사는 5~6일의 비율이 58.6%, 55.4%로 가장 많았으며, 원장은 3~4일의 비율이 45.0%로 가장 높게 조사되었다. 연구대상자의 직위별로 분석한 휴무 요일에서 원장은 주말의 비율이 40.0%로 가장 높게 조사되었고, 책임안경사와 일반안경사는 주중에 휴일인 비율이 51.7%와 44.6%로 가장 높게 조사되었다. 휴무 요일에 대한 요구에서 원장은 주말에 요구하는 비율이 57.5%로 가장 높았으며, 책임안경사와 일반안경사는 주중 또는 주말 휴일을 요구하는 비율이 72.4%, 64.3%로 가장 높게 조사되었다. 결론: 안경사의 근무시간을 “8시간 이상 10시간 미만”으로 줄이고, 휴일을 월 5~6일로 늘이고, 휴무 요일을 주중 또는 주말로 하여 안경사의 요구가 수용된다면 안경사는 일과 휴식의 조화로 더욱 행복한 생활이 가능할 것으로 기대된다.

Purpose: This studied ankyeongsa positions(manager, supervisor, employee) by working hours in a day, numbers of day-off in a month and day-off the week. I hope this study helps to improve ankyeongsa the working environment. Method: This study did a survey Seoul, Gyeonggi-do and Geonbuk optical shop ankyeongsa working 125 peoples. The data was analyzed using SPSS 12.0 statistical program. Results: This study analyzed all positions highest level for 10~12 hours of working hours in a day(manager 60.0%, supervisor 82.8%, employee 57.1%). All positions needs highest level 8~10 hours in working hours in a day(manager 56.0%, supervisor 75.0%, employee 58.8%). All positions highest level the number of day-off in a month 3-4 days(manager 50.0%, supervisor 51.7%, employee 58.9%). Supervisor and employee needed highest level 5-6 days day-off in a month(supervisor 58.6%, employee 55.4%). However, the manager needed 3-4 day-off in a month ratio of 45.0% was the most common. Manager the day-off was highest level on weekend ratio of 40.0%, supervisor and employee the day-off were highest level on week ratio of 51.7%, 44.6%. Manager needed every day-off on weekend ratio of 57.5%. Supervisor and employee needed day-off on week and weekend 72.4%, 64.3%. Conclusion: If the permit requirements of ankyeongsa will be more happy that 8-10 working hours in a day, 5-6 day-off in a month on the weekend.
