본 논문은 선교적 교회론이 한국적 상황에서 실제로 어떻게 실천되 고 있는지를 알아보고, 그들이 가지고 있는 공통적인 특징들로부터 선교적 교회를 이루는 일곱 가지 주요 요소들을 정리한다. 첫째, 선교지 로서의 지역사회(Local community as mission field)이해. 둘째, 보냄받은 공동체(The Sent-Community)로서의 교회이해. 셋째, 통전적 선교사역(Holistic Mission). 넷째, 하나님의 선교(missio Dei). 다섯째, 하나님의 나라(Kingdom of God). 여섯째, 하나님의 한 백성이 함께 이끌어 가는 팀 리더십 교회구조(Laos-Driven Structure). 일곱째, 선교사로서의 하나님 나라 백성들(God’s Missionary People)이다. 이것들은 오늘날 한국교회들이 선교적 교회 로 다시 세워지기 위해서 꼭 갖춰야 할 필수요소들이 무엇인지에 대한 선교적 통찰을 준다. 선교적 교회는 교회의 선교적 본질을 회복하고, 하나님으로부터 세상으로 보냄을 받은 선교 공동체라는 자기 정체성을 가지고 이 땅에 임하는 하나님의 나라(통치)를 위해 통전적 선교사역을 수행하는 사명 공동체인 것이다.

This paper seeks to understand how missional ecclesiology is actually practiced in Korean context and to obtain missional insights from the common features of missional churches in Korea. They are as follows: First, understanding the local community as mission field. Second, understanding the church as the sent-community from God to the local community. Third, holistic mission. Fourth, missio Dei. Fifth, Kingdom of God. Sixth, Laos-Driven structure, Team leadership. Seventh, God’s missionary people. The missional church is a sent-community that restores the missional nature of the church and carries out holistic mission for God’s kingdom in this world with its own identity as a missional community that has been sent from God to the world.
