국내 연안 해상 유출유 사고에 대한 해상 유출유 탐지기술을 점검하고 이에 대한 적용가능성을 검토하였다. 인공위성 과 항공기를 이용한 원격탐지, X-band 레이다, 부이를 이용한 근접탐지 등에 대한 각각의 특징을 검토하고, 이를 이용한 유출유 확산 예측의 정확도 향상을 위한 장단점을 분석하였다.

Analysis of varios techniques for the coastal oil spill monitoring are carried out. Respective characteristics for remote sensing of the space and air-bourne sensors and near coastal monitoring with the X-band radar and oil spill tracking buoy are reviewed, and the applicability to enhance the oil spill prediction was also analyzed.
