본 연구는 사전지식 수준이 어떠한 조절요인을 통해서 소셜커뮤니케이션 행동을 하는지를 검 토하였다. 정치쟁점 ‘사드’에 대한 사전지식 수준이 관여도와 뉴스신뢰도에 미치는 영향을 검증 한 결과, 관여도 구성 요소중 이슈관여, 가치관여 측면에서 차이를 보였고, 뉴스신뢰도에는 영향 을 미치지 않았다. 정치쟁점 ‘사드’에 대한 사전지식 수준이 소셜커뮤니케이션 행동에 미치는 영 향을 검토한 결과, 정보전달과 정보공유행동에 유의미한 차이를 보이지 않았다. 그러나 정치쟁점 ‘사드’에 대한 사전지식 수준과 소셜커뮤니케이션 행동의 관계에서 관여도와 뉴스신뢰도가 조절 요인으로 효과가 있는지 살펴보았다. 그 결과 모두 조절요인으로서 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났 다. ‘좋아요’에는 뉴스신뢰도와 가치관여가 조절변인으로서 통계적으로 유의한 것으로 나타났다. ‘댓글달기’는 가치관여가 가장 높게, 정치관여가 조절효과를 보였다. ‘공유하기’의 경우엔 뉴스신 뢰도, 이슈관여, 정치관여, 가치관여등 모든 요인이 유의미한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다.
This study aims to search the moderating factors on the relation of prior knowledge and social communication behavior. For this purpose, this paper examines how prior knowledge on Thaad(Terminal High Altitude Area Defense) issue affect to news reliability and involvement. The results showed prior knowledge on Thaad influences to issue relevant involvement and value relevant involvement but doesn't influence to news reliability. The result of the relation of the relation prior knowledge and social communication behavior is insignificant. Then, this study examines whether prior knowledge on Thaad and social communication behavior is moderated by new reliability and involvement. The result shows new reliability and involvement play significant role of moderate factors. To put it concretely, ‘Like’ of social communication behaviors is moderated by news reliability and value relevant involvement. ‘Comment’ of social communication behaviors is moderated by value relevant involvement and political relevant involvement. ‘Share’ of social communication behaviors is moderated by news reliability, issue relevant involvement, value relevant involvement and political relevant involvement.
