본 연구는 급변하는 문화와 사회의 변화 환경의 주된 원인이 무엇이며, 이러한 변화에 따른 적절한 교회의 패러다임 변화의 필요성 에 대하여 논의하였다. 이러한 패러다임의 변화에 따라 선교적 교회의 목회는 어떻게 변화해야 하는지, 그리고 이러한 문화적 흐름과 변화에 앞으로 교회는 어떻게 대처하며, 선교적 시각에서 목회 갱신을 어떻게 이루어야 되는지를 논의하였다. 선교적 미래교회는 양적성장을 넘어서 질적인 변화와 성숙을 이루며, 크기보다는 건강한 교회를 추구하며, 활동보다는 의미를 중요시 하고, 지역사회와 관계적인 네트워크를 만들며, 소셜 네트워크와 미디어를 활용하여 소통해야 한다. 그리고 지역사회와 이웃으로부터 신뢰환경을 형성하는 교회로 변화 되어야 한다. 그리고 선교적 교회 목회 패러다임 변화에 대처하기 위해서 끊임없는 교회 갱신과 질적 성숙을 위한 교육과 지역사회를 섬기는 봉사가 필요하다. 그러므로 선교적 미래교회는 끊임없는 목회 갱신과 선교를 통하여 다음세대를 양육하고 성장시키며, 지역사회와 함께 나가는 것이 중요한 패러다임이라고 할 수 있다.

This study focuses on rapidly changing reasons of circumstances of culture and society, and its need for a transforming paradigm of church. According to the changing paradigm, this article explains how to transform the culture through the ministry and education of missional church. The missional church seeks ways to achieve future change and trends in the society, and pastoral renewal is one of the discussion within the missional church. The missional church makes qualitative change mature across quantitative growth, and seeks larger and healthier church. The missional church places importance on meaning than activity, and makes relative network through communication via social network and media. I think that missional church mentioned trusting relationships between church with local society and community to be of importance. Therefore, missional church could continue to teach and grow for the next generation through pastoral renewal and educational ministry.
