목 적:본 연구는 업무 숙련도에 따라 요인별 추가검사나 재검사가 어떻게 발생하는지 분석하여 MRI 검사의 추가검사와 재검사를 낮출 수 있는 방안을 제시하고자 하였다.
대상 및 방법:연구방법은 2012년부터 2017년까지 6년간 서울소재 A 병원의 전체 MRI 검사건수를 집계한 다음 연도별 추가검사와 재검사의 발생을 분석하여 업무 숙련도에 따라 관련 요인별 재검사가 유의한 차이가 있는지 알아본 후 그에 따른 대안을 마련하였다.
결 과:연구결과, 업무 숙련도에 따른 추가검사와 재검사의 발생 건수는 장비, 환자, 검사자, 기타 요인 모두 MRI 검사업무를 시작한 1년차와 2년차에서 통계적으로 유의하게 많이 발생하였다.
결 론:결론적으로 MRI 검사업무를 시작한 1년차와 2년차의 업무수행능력을 향상 시킨다면 추가검사와 재검사의 발생을 획기적으로 줄일 수 있다.
Purpose:This study was intended to analyze how additional examination or reexamination would occur on a per-factor basis depending on the task's proficiency, and propose ways to reduce additional examination and re-examination of MRI.
Materials and Methods:The method of this study was to collect the total number of MRI examinations at U university hospital in Seoul for 6 years from 2012 to 2017. We analyzed the occurrence of additional examination and re-examination of MRI by year, we found whether there was statistically a significant difference by related factors according to task's proficiency. Moreover, we propose alternative ways to reduce additional examination and re-examination of MRI.
Results:As a result of the study, additional examination and re-examination of MRI. according to work proficiency was statistically caused a lot in the first year and the second year of MRI examination work in which the equipment, patient, tester, and other factors.
Conclusion:In conclusion, improving job performance of radiological technologists working in MRI who have only worked for one and two years can drastically reduce the incidence of additional and repeat MRI examination.
