본 연구는 교정시설에 종사하는 간호사의 감정노동이 직무만족과 이직의도에 미치는 영향을 분석하고, 이를 기초로 일반병원 간호사의 연구결과와 비교‧ 분석하였다. 그 결과 교정시설 간호사의 감정노동정도는 빈도와 부조화경험에서 일반병원 간호사에 비해 낮게 나타났고, 감정표현의 주의정도는 높은 것으로 나타났다. 직무만족도와 이직의도는 일반병원 간호사에 비해 낮은 것으로 나타 났다. 인구학적 특성에 따른 분석 결과에 의하면, 교정시설 간호사의 경우 재직 기간이 증가함에 따라 감정표현의 주의정도가 낮아졌고, 연령이 들수록 승진에 대한 만족도는 낮아졌다. 재직기간에 따라 승진과 임금/후생의 만족도는 U자형의 만족도를 보여주었다. 일반병원 간호사의 경우 성별에 따라 여성의 임금/후 생만족도가 높고, 나이가 많아질수록 직무자체, 임금/복리후생에 대한 만족도가 높아진 것으로 분석되었다. 교정시설 간호사 뿐만 아니라 일반병원 간호사 모두 감정노동의 정도가 강할수록 직무만족에는 부(-)적영향을 미치고, 이직의도에는 정(+)적 영향을 미쳤다.
The aim of this study was to examine the influence of nurses' emotional labor on their job satisfaction in correctional field and intention of changing jobs. Additionally, results from the correctional field were compared with them from the hospitals.
Nurses in the correctional field had lower level of emotional labor than nurses in the hospitals and higher level of bewaring expression.
The job satisfaction and turnover intention of nurses in the correctional field were lower than in the hospitals.
Based on demographic factors, nurses in the correctional field were less beware of expression as their periods of service were increased. Also, their job satisfaction was decreased as they were older.
Their satisfaction from promotion and salary/well-beings showed U-type in terms of the period of service.
Female nurses in the hospitals had higher salary/well-being satisfaction than male nurses. Satisfactions from job itself and salary/well-being were higher as nurses were getting older.
As emotional labor was getting harder, job satisfaction was decreased and intention of changing jobs was increased. The same results were in correctional facility-working nurses and hospital-working nurses alike.
