This paper reviewed the relationship between knowledge management and incremental innovation, and the moderating effect of firm-size. The results of multiple regression analysis, based on the responses from 434 employees in service industry, showed that knowledge acquisition and knowledge transfer related positively with incremental innovation.
In moderating effects, knowledge transfer interacts with firm-size to have positive effect on incremental innovation, but knowledge acquisition doesn't have interaction effect with firm-size on incremental innovation.
