        The purpose of this study is to review the effects of organizational citizenship behavior on innovative behavior and intention to leave, and the moderating effects of self-efficacy in Korea Politechnics’ teachers and professors. In order to verify and achieve the purposes mentioned above, questionnaire data were gathered and analysed from 206 employees of Korea Politechnics campus. Empirical survey's findings are as follows; First, altruism, conscientiousness, sportsmanship appeared to be positively related with innovative behavior. Second, courtesy, conscientiousness, sportsmanship appeared to be negatively related with intention to leave. Third, self-efficacy moderated negatively the relationship between altruism and intention to leave. Fourth, self-efficacy moderated negatively the relationship between sportsmanship and intention to leave.

        The purpose of this study is to review the relationship between emotional labor and job burnout, and the moderating effects of peer and superior support in social welfare agency. In order to verify and achieve the purposes mentioned above, questionnaire data were gathered and analysed from 349 employees of social welfare agency in western Kangwon-do province. Empirical survey's findings are as follows; First, deep action(DA) appeared to be negatively related with depersonalization and reduced accomplishment. Second, surface action(SA) appeared to be positively related with all job burnout factors(emotional exhaustion, depersonalization and reduced accomplishment). Third, peer support moderated negatively the relationship between emotional labor(DA, SA) and emotional exhaustion. Fourth, superior support moderated negatively the relationship between deep action(DA) and emotional exhaustion.

        The purpose of this study is to review the relationship between managerial system and incremental innovation, and the mediating effect of knowledge transfer in small business. In order to verify and achieve the purposes mentioned above, questionnaire data were gathered and analysed from 255 enterprise managers in western Kangwon-do province. Empirical survey's findings are as follows; First, CEO's support and education/training appeared to be positively related with knowledge transfer. Second, managerial system and knowledge transfer appeared to be positively related with incremental innovation. Third, knowledge transfer had mediating effect on the relationships of CEO's support-incremental innovation and education/training-incremental innovation.

        The purpose of this study is to review the relationship between CEO's transformational leadership and performance, and the mediating effect of corporate entrepreneurship in entrepreneurs’cooperative. In order to verify and achieve the purposes mentioned above, questionnaire data were gathered and analysed from 379 employees of entrepreneurs’cooperative in Kangwon-do province. Empirical survey's findings are as follows; First, charisma and individual consideration appeared to be positively related with risk-taking and proactiveness. Also, intellectual stimulation appeared to be positively related with proactiveness only. Second, charisma and individual consideration appeared to be positively related with sales volume and employment increase, but intellectual stimulation appeared to be positively related with employment increase only. Third, corporate entrepreneurship(risk-taking, proactiveness) appeared to be positively related with sales volume and employment increase. Fourth, corporate entrepreneurship(risk-taking, proactiveness) had mediating effect on the relationship between CEO's transformational leadership and performance. But, intellectual stimulation had not mediating effect

        This paper reviewed the relationship between emotional labor and service quality, and the moderating effect of superior and coworker support. Based on the responses from 520 hotel employees, the results of multiple regression analysis appeared as follow; 1) deep acting affected positively on all service quality factors(responsiveness, empathy, reliability). 2) surface acting didn’t affect significantly on all service quality factors(responsiveness, empathy, reliability). 3) coworker support affected positively on the relationship between deep acting and responsiveness. 4) superior support affected positively on the relationship between deep acting and responsiveness, and on the relationship between surface acting and responsiveness.

        This paper reviewed the effect of job burnout on safety outcomes, and the moderating effect of safety climate in Korean Air Force. The prevalence of burnout in air force pilots has not been determined and reviewed. It is also unknown whether pilots’ burnout may affect their safety outcomes(safety action & compliance). The primary objective of this study was to determine the prevalence of burnout and it’s effect on safety outcomes. For cross-sectional survey, 910 questionnaires were sent to pilots in air force, and 722 questionnaires among them were returned effectively. The questionnaire was divided into 4 parts examining pilots’ demographic factors, job burnout, safety outcomes, and safety climates. To test and review proposed hypotheses, hierarchical multiple regression analysis was used. The results of statistical analysis appeared as follow; 1) EE(emotional exhaustion) and RPA(reduced personal accomplishment) effected negatively on safety action. 2) EE and RPA effected negatively on safety compliance. 3) EE effected more positively on safety action in higher SS(superior support) group than in lower SS group. 4) RPA effected more positively on safety compliance in higher SS(superior support) group than in lower SS group. 5) RPA effected more positively on safety action in higher CW(coworker support) group than in lower CW group.

        This paper reviewed the relationship between job burnout and service quality, and the moderating effect of self-efficacy. Based on the responses from 232 employees, the results of multiple regression analysis appeared as follow; 1) emotional exhaustion and depersonalization effected negatively on all service quality factors(empathy, reliability, responsiveness). 2) the reduced personal accomplishment effected negatively on two service quality factors(reliability, responsiveness). 3) self-efficacy effected positively on the relationship between emotional exhaustion and service quality. 4) self-efficacy effected positively on the relationship between he reduced personal accomplishment and service quality.

        This paper reviewed the relationship between job demands and safety motivation, and the moderating effect of A-type trait in Korean Air Force. Based on the responses from 722 responses, the results of multiple regression analysis appeared as follow; 1) role overload effects positively and role ambiguity effects negatively on intrinsic safety motivation. 2) role conflict effects negatively on extrinsic safety motivation. 3) role ambiguity effects negatively on intrinsic safety motivation in B-type than in A-type trait.

        This paper reviewed the relationship between safety climate(superior attitude, education, precaution, communication, and job load) and safety performance(safety compliance and safety participation), and the moderating effects of gender and age. Based on the responses from 288 employees, the results of multiple regression analysis appeared as follow; 1) superior attitude effects positively on safety compliance and safety participation, but, job load effects negatively on safety compliance and safety participation. 2) precaution effects positively on safety participation. 3) education and precaution are more positively related with safety compliance and safety participation in female employee than in male employee. 4) education is more positively related with safety compliance and safety participation in older employee than in younger employee.

        This paper reviewed the relationship between job stress and service quality, and the moderating effect of organizational justice in food service restaurant. Based on the responses from 209 employees, the results of multiple regression analysis appeared as follow; 1) job stress(insufficient job control, lack of reward, occupational climate, job insecurity, interpersonal conflict) partly effect negatively on all service quality factors(tangibility. reliability, responsiveness, empathy). 2) distributive justice and procedural justice partly effect positively on the relationship between job stress and service quality.

        This paper reviewed the effects of job characteristics(role conflicts, emotional labor, job importance and job autonomy) on satisfaction and stress, and the moderating effect of social support. Based on 2,982 questionnaires among raw data of Korea Safety and Health Agency's national survey, the results of multiple regression analysis appeared as follow; 1) role conflict effect negatively on job satisfaction, and emotional labor, job importance and job autonomy effect positively on job satisfaction. 2) role conflict effect positively on stress, and emotional labor, job importance and job autonomy effect negatively on stress. 3) social support moderates positively 2 relationships-between role conflict and job satisfaction, between job autonomy and job satisfaction, but moderates negatively between job autonomy and stress.

        This paper reviewed the relationship between safety climate(management commitment, safety education, preventive activity) and safety participation, and the mediating effect of safety motivation(intrinsic and extrinsic motivation) in small business employee. Based on the responses from 270 employees, the results of multiple regression analysis appeared as follow; 1) management commitment, safety education, and preventive activity effect positively on intrinsic/extrinsic safety motivation. 2) management commitment, safety education, and preventive activity effect positively on safety participation. 3) intrinsic and extrinsic safety motivation effect positively on safety participation. 4) intrinsic safety motivation mediates between 3 climate factors(management commitment, safety education, preventive activity) and safety participation. 5) extrinsic safety motivation mediates between only management commitment and safety participation.

        This paper reviewed the relationship among CEO’s entrepreneurship/risktaking, innovation resistance and innovation performance, and the mediating effect of innovation resistance between CEO’s entrepreneurship/ risktaking and innovation performance. Based on the responses from 219 companies, the results of multiple regression analysis appeared as follow; 1) CEO’s entrepreneurship and risktaking effect negatively on innovation resistance. 2) innovation resistance negatively on innovation performance(process innovation, organization innovation). 3) innovation resistance mediates partly between CEO’s entrepreneurship/ risktaking and innovation performance.

        This paper reviewed the mediating effects of knowledge sharing between social capital(interaction, trust, shared vision) and innovation(radical innovation, incremental innovation) in small businesses. Based on the responses from 337 responses, the results of mediating effect analysis and path analysis showed that interaction and shared vision effect positively on radical innovation and incremental innovation via knowledge sharing or directly, but trust effects positively only on incremental innovation. Social capital and knowledge sharing have more effects on incremental innovation than on radical innovation.

        This paper reviewed the relationship between perceived organizational justice(distributive justice, procedural justice, interactional justice) and job stress, and the moderating effect of trust(organizational trust and superior trust). Based on the responses from 176 employees, the results of multiple regression analysis appeared as follow; 1) Distributive justice and interactional justice effect negatively on job stress, but procedural justice does not effect on job stress. 2) While organizational trust and superior trust are stronger, interactional justice effect less negatively on job stress. When interactional justice is higher, job stress is lower in high trust level than in low trust level.
