◉ 목적: 본 연구의 목적은 주의력이 짧은뇌성마비 아동 한명을 대상으로 뉴로피드백을 이용한 뇌파 훈련이 아동의 주의력에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다.
◉ 연구방법 : 2010년 8월 2일부터 9월 3일까지 대전광역시 S 아동연구소에서 작업치료를 받은 아동 1명을 5주간에 걸쳐 주 3회씩 총 15회기로 뉴로피드백을 이용하여 훈련을 하였고, 훈련 전과 후의 주의력의 변화를 학습능력검사를 통하여 살펴보았다.
◉ 결과: 뉴로피드백을 이용한 뇌파 훈련 후 참가자의 집중력은 43.1%에서 51.0%로 증가되었다. 또한 문제를 해결하는 과정에서 나타나는 stress 및 심리적인 요인들을 포함하는 작업부하도는 64.7%에서 58.8%로 감소하였다.
◉ 결론: 본 연구결과에 근거하여 주의력결핍과잉행동장애는 아니지만, 주의가 산만하여 과제에 집중이 어려운 뇌성마비 아동들에게 게임을 포함한 뉴로피드백 훈련을 제공함으로써, 스스로 자신을 통제할 수 있는 경험과 기회를 제공하여 집중력을 향상 시키는데 도움이 될 것으로 보인다.

◉ Objective : The purpose of this study was to investigate the change of Electronic Encephalogram(EEG) training using neurofeedback for attention in children with cerebral palsy.
◉ Methods : This study was conducted based on 1 children who did receive occupational therapy in a S child research institute in Daejeon to Aug, 2nd, 2010 until Sep, 3rd, 2010. The subject was neurofeedback trained for a 3 weekly intervention over a period of 5 weeks. The change of attention had assessed about before and after the training by a Cognitive Functions Assessment.
◉ Results : After brainwave training using neurofeedback, attention of participant was increased from 43.1% to 51.0%. Workload that contain problem solving stress and psychological factors of the participant also declined from 64.7% to 58.8%.
◉ Conclusion : On the basis of result of this study, providing neurofeedback training, included game, was seen to help chlidren with cerebral palsy, have difficulty in attention but not ADHD(attention deficit / hyperactivity disorder) on task because of distractedness, for improving attention by providing self-control experience and opportunity.
