목적 : 안경사의 감정노동의 표면행동, 감정자각 및 표현과 관련된 정서명료성과 정서표현성을 조사하여 분석하고 안경사의 감정노동과 정서적 건강의 상호연관성을 알아보고자 한다.
방법 : 2018년 4월부터 5월까지 안경사 343명을 대상으로 감정노동을 내면행위와 표면행위로 분류한 감정 노동 척도와 정서명료성, 정서표현성을 설문으로 측정하였다.
결과 : 안경사의 감정노동은 16.39점, 정서명료성은 33.80점, 정서표현성은 50.56점이었다. 정서명료성과 정서표현성은 여성이 남성보다 높아, 여성이 정서를 명료하게 인식하고 표현을 잘하는 것으로 평가되었다. 감정노동 표면행위는 연령이 높을수록 낮았고, 교육수준이 높을수록 증가하였다. 감정노동 표면행위는 정서명료성 및 정서표현성과 음의 상관관계를 나타내었다. 안경사의 정서명료성과 정서표현성은 감정노동 표면행위에 따라 차이가 있었다.
결론 : 본 연구는 실제로 느끼지 않은 감정을 가장하여 표현하거나 조직에서 요구하는 감정을 실제로 느끼기 위해 더 노력하는 사람일수록 정서를 명료하게 인식하거나 정서표현성이 낮아진다는 안경사의 감정노동과 정서적 건강의 관계를 규명하였다. 추후, 전국적인 조사를 통해 안경사의 감정노동으로 인한 정서 인식과 표현을 위한 정신건강프로그램을 도입하여 안경사가 인격적으로 존중을 받는다고 느끼며 높은 성취감을 느낄 수 있도록 후속 연구가 필요하겠다.

Purpose : This study was conducted to investigate and analyze Korean opticiansʼ emotional clarity and emotional expressivity related to their surface behavior, emotional self-awareness, and expression of emotional labor, and to understand the interrelationship between their emotional labor and emotional health.
Methods : It was measured, using a survey emotional labor scale, emotional clarity and emotional expressivity classified into inner behavior and surface behavior with 343 opticians from April to May in 2018.
Results : The scores for emotional labor, emotional clarity, and emotional expressivity of Korean opticians were 16.39, 33.80, and 50.56, respectively. Since the scores of emotional clarity and emotional expressivity were higher than those of men, the results showed that women were emotional more clearly and expressed it than men. The surface behavior of emotional labor showed a negative correlation with the emotional clarity and emotional expressivity. The emotional clarity and emotional expressivity of Korean opticians differed according to the surface behavior of emotional labor.
Conclusions : It was revealed from this study that the influential relationship with the emotional health of emotional laborers who make more efforts to express their emotions in disguise that they do not actually feel, or feel the emotions in their working places that require less clear awareness of emotion or less emotional expressivity. Afterwards, follow-up studies will be required for Korean opticians in order that they are treated respectfully and feel a high sense of accomplishment through a national survey by introducing a emotional health program for emotional awareness and expressions resulting from opticiansʼ emotional labor.
