본 연구는 스포츠 조직에서 리더와 함께 조직의 발전에 중요한 역할을 하는 고교축구선수를 대상으로 폴로어십 개념적 구조 모형을 탐색하고자 하였다. 이러한 연구 목적을 달성하기 위하여 고교축구선수의 폴로어십 개념을 알아보기 위해 266명의 개방형 설문과 10명을 대상으로 면접을 실시 한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 고교축구선수들의 폴로어십 개념을 원자료에 대한 귀납적 분석을 실시한 결과 4개의 일반 영역과 18개의 세부영역으로 분류되었다. 둘째, 고교축구선수들의 폴로어십 개념을 추출한 결과 개인-관계(185, 25.3%), 집단-관계(247, 33.8%), 개인-목표(178, 24.3%), 집단-목표(121, 16.6%)로 나타났다. 또한 폴로어십의 개념구조 모형을 탐색하기 위하여 700명을 대상으로 폴로어십의 각 요인별 신뢰도와 타당도를 검사하였으며, 측정질문지의 개념구조를 알아보기 위해서 탐색적 요인분석과 고교축구선수의 폴로어십 개념구조 모형의 적합성을 알아보기 위해서 확인적 요인분석을 실시한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 고교축구선수의 폴로어십 개념을 표현하는 원자료를 바탕으로 폴로어십 문항을 제작한 결과 68문항으로 나타났다. 둘째, 고교축구선수의 폴로어십 측정 문항들의 평균은 2.854.32로 나타났으며, 표준편차는 .6351.251로 나타났다. 셋째, 고교축구선수의 폴로어십 측정 질문지는 4개요인(개인-관계, 집단-관계, 개인-목표, 집단-목표)의 22문항으로 나타났다. 넷째, 고교축구선수의 폴로어십 측정 질문지의 확인적 요인분석 결과 적합도 지수 값들이 적합한 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 고교축구선수들의 폴로어십은 개인-관계(이해/존중, 복종/순종, 예의/공경, 따돌리지않기), 집단-관계(희생/봉사, 협조/격려, 신뢰/우애, 솔선수범, 자부심/소속감), 개인-목표(자기관리, 승부근성, 인내, 집중, 자신감), 집단-목표(규칙준수, 개인행동자제, 책임감/성실)등으로 나타났다.

The purpose of this study was to search the conceptual structure of sport followership on high school soccer players who play important parts with leader in developing organization. For knowing the conceptual structure of sport followership, I conducted in-depth personal interviews with 10 players and opened-questions with 266 players. And I concluded as following. First, I carried out inductive analyses the raw data expressing the concept of sport followership, and then 4 common parts and 18 detail parts were branched. Second, as a result of abstracting the concept of sport followership, it showed 4 factors of individual-relationship(185, 25.3%), group-relationship(247, 33.8%), individual-goal(178, 24.3%) and group-goal(121, 16.6%). And, searching the conceptual structure of sport followership, I examined the reliability and the validity in each item with 700 players. I conducted exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis for verificating conceptual structure and structure-fitness of sport followership. Thus, I concluded as following. First, on the base of the raw data of showing the conceptual structure of sport followership, I made up questionnaire with 68 questions. Second, the mean of the sport followership inventory items was 2.85~4.32, the standard deviation was .635~1.251. Third, the sport followership inventory was consisted of 4 factors(individual-relationship, group-relationship, individual-goal and group-goal) and 22 items. Fourth, after the results of confirmatory factor analysis, all the index values was appeared fit. Fifth, the sport followership in high school soccer players consisted of individual-relationship(consideration/respect, obedience/submissiveness, manners/reverence, not neglecting), group-relationship(sacrifice/service, cooperation/encouragement, faith/friendship, doing as model, pride/feeling the joining), individual-goal(self management, will to victory, patience, concentration, self-confidence), and group-goal(rule-observance, self control of private action, responsibility/integrity).
