본 연구는 축구선수의 경기력에 영향을 미치는 요소를 수집하여, 이들 영향 요소의 구조와 위계적 중요도를 산출할 목적으로 진행하였다. 축구 경기력에 영향을 미치는 요소를 수집하기 위해 국가대표 감독, 프로축구팀 감독, 공중파 축구해설자 경력이 있는 축구전문가 19명을 대상으로 개방형설문과 심층면담을 실시하였다. 축구전문가를 대상으로 한 개방형설문과 심층면담 결과 축구 경기력에 영향을 미치는 273요소를 수집하여 귀납적범주화를 실시하였다. 귀납적범주화 결과를 바탕으로 208명의 대학과 프로 축구선수를 대상으로 한 설문결과를 토대로 탐색적요인분석을 실시하여 4개요인 14하위요인으로 축구 경기력 영향 요소를 구조화하였다. 탐색적요인분석 결과를 토대로 278명의 대학과 프로 축구선수를 대상으로 한 확인적요인분석을 시행해 구조적합성을 확인하였으며, 확인적요인분석 결과를 토대로 국내외 축구전문가 18명을 대상으로 축구 경기력 결정 요인에 대한 계층분석(AHP)을 실시하였다. 축구선수의 경기력에 영향을 미치는 14하위요인은 기술, 매개기술, 심리, 축구지능의 네 요인(factor)으로 구조화되었으며, 각 요인의 상대적 중요도는 축구지능, 기술, 심리, 매개기술 순으로 나타났다. 축구선수의 경기력에 영향을 미치는 하위요인의 상대적 중요도는 생각하는 플레이, 볼컨트롤, 집중력, 넓은 시야, 트레핑, 전술의 이해, 임기응변 능력, 순간판단력, 공간창출 능력, 볼키핑, 투지, 여유, 의욕, 승부욕 순으로 나타났다.
This study were; 1) to collect elements/factors influencing football performance; 2) to explore the structure of these elements/factors by reductive content analysis; and 3) to analyze the relative importance among these elements/factors. Open-ended questionnaires and in-depth interviews with football players in universities and professional teams were administered in order to accomplish these purposes. The result of open-ended questionnaires and in-depth interviews was that 273 elements influencing football performance were collected. Content analyses were followed. Based on content analyses and surveys/questionnaires for football players in universities and professional teams, the Exploratory Factor Analysis(EFA) was conducted. The result of the EFA and Confirmatory Factor Analysis(CFA) were showed 4 factors and 14 elements. Analytic hierarchy process(AHP) was conducted to calculate the importance of the elements. 19 football specialists including domestic and foreign experts completed AHP questionnaire based on the result of EFA and CFA. 4 factors and 14 elements influencing football performance were found and these elements were structured into four factors; skill, mediative skill, psychology, and football intelligence. The relative importance of hierarchical structure was football intelligence, skill, psychology, and mediative skill respectively. The relative importance of hierarchical structure of factors influencing football performance was alert tendency, ball control, ball trapping, tactical coping, decision making, concentration, wide prospect, comprehensive faculty, ball keeping, space making, fighting spirit, composure, strong drive, and willing to victory.
