本文结合当下新闻媒体智能化时代发展，首先，简要阐述了数字媒体人才培养必须转型的时代和环境背景。其次，探讨了高校数字媒体人才培育必须转型的必要性分析。再次，尝试在智媒视域下挖掘人才价值及重要作用。最后，从“复合+差异型”培养模式、“理论+实践型”培养模式、“科研拉动型”培养模式、“行业竞赛导向型”培养模式、“技术搭建导向型”培养模式、“国内+国外综合型”培养模式等方面提出高校数字媒体人才培养转型路径的对策与建议。

In an era of increasingly high integration of information technology and social life, the media is undergoing intelligent transformation and upgrading to meet the various intelligent needs of users in the future. In the future, the media wants to further seek development.
