정보 기술 분야의 발전으로 인하여 PC중심에서 다양한 화면비율과 크기를 지닌 스마트 디바이스로 이동하는 있는 오늘날 화면에 제공되는 많은 견지적인 콘텐츠들로 이루어져 있는 웹 사이트 접근에 저시력자들은 정보 이용에 어려움을 받는다. 저시력인 입장에서 모바일 웹 접근성에 대한 문제는 단순히 이 한 가지 문제에 머무르지 않고 이에 파생되는 사람간의 정보격차 그리고 사회적, 경제적 격차가 심화된다. 따라서 본 연구는 저시력자에 대한 문제인식을 바탕으로 국내 모바일 웹 포털 사이트의 접근성의 문제점과 현황 그리고 요인을 UI 디자인 사용자 관점을 중심으로 접근하여 평가 및 분석하여 HCI 관점에서 저시력자의 요구사항에 대한 대안을 제시하였다. 연구방법은 저시력자 1급 1호에서 3급 1호의 장애등급을 가지는 총 5명을 선정 하여 국내 포털 사이트를 평가대상으로 선택하고 일반적으로 대중이 빈번이 사용하는 콘텐츠 항목을 선정하여 접근성과 사용성에 대한 문제에 대한 인터뷰를 진행하였다. 이러한 평가와 분석 그리고 인터뷰를 통하여 모바일 웹 포털 사이트에 대한 문제와 원이에 대한 개선 방안에 대한 방향을 제시하였다. 국내 포털 모바일 웹 접근성의 근본적인 문 제는 저시력자에 대한 모바일 웹 사용성과 접근성에 대한 인식과 교육제고와 사용성의 부족이다. 웹의 궁극의 목적은 어느 누구라도 웹에 쉽게 접근하여 다양한 사회 구성원들 간의 격차를 해소하고 원활한 커뮤니케이션이 이루어져야한다. 이에 본 연구는 저시력자들이 모바일 웹 접근성의 상황에 대한 문제점을 파악하여 개선에 도움이 되기를 기대한다.

Advances in information technology have made it difficult for low-visual users to access information in today's web site, which is comprised of many of the observational content available on today's screens, moving from PC-centered to smart devices. On the low-visual side, the issue of mobile web accessibility does not remain simply this one issue, but rather the digital divide and social and economic gap between the people resulting from it. Therefore, based on problem recognition for low vision users, this study approached and analyzed the problems, status, and factors of accessibility of the domestic mobile Web portal site from the UI design user perspective, suggesting alternative to low vision requirements from the HCI perspective. The research method selected a total of five people with disability ratings of Grade 1 to Grade 1 in the low-visual category, selected domestic portal sites for evaluation, and conducted interviews on accessibility and usability issues by selecting content items that are commonly used by the public. Through these assessments, analyses and interviews, the company presented directions on issues and initiatives for improvement on mobile Web portal sites. The fundamental problem of domestic portal mobile web accessibility is the lack of awareness, education and usability of mobile web usage and accessibility for low-visual users. The purpose of the web's old play should be for anyone to easily access the web, narrowing the gap between various members of society and communicating smoothly. In response, we hope that this study will help low-visuals identify and improve the situation in mobile web accessibility.
