본 연구는 4차 산업혁명시대의 주역으로 삶을 살게 될 청소년의 코칭역량 척도개발을 위한 연구이다. 이를 위하여 역량, 청소년 역량, 코칭역량 관련 문헌 및 기존 코칭역량과 관련한 선행연구들을 분석하고 초점집단면담(FGI)을 진행하여, 청소년의 코칭역량의 개념을 정의하여 구성요인을 도출하고, 예비문항 93문항을 구성하였다. 구성된 예비문항으로 코칭 전문가 10인에게 내용타당도를 검증하여 도출된 79문항을 중,고 등학생 98명에게 예비조사를 실시하여 최종 71문항을 도출하였다. 최종 정리된 예비문항으로 경기도·강원도·경상도·충청도 지역의 중·고등학생 청소년 278명을 대상으로 수집된 데이터로 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰도 계수를 구하여 청소년의 코칭역량 척도를 검증하였다. 연구결과 7개 요인의 33개 문항이 추출되었으며, 추출된 문항의 내적 합치도는 .934로 나타났다. 그 결과 청소년의 코칭역량 척도로 자기이해역량, 긍정정서역량, 경청역량, 강력질문역 량, 목표실행역량, 동기촉진역량으로 명명한 최종 7개요인 33개 문항을 확정하였다.
This study is an exploratory study to develop a coaching competency scale for adolescents who will live their lives as the protagonists of the fourth industrial revolution era. For this purpose, the literature on competency, youth competency, coaching competency, and previous studies related to existing coaching competency were analyzed and a focus group interview (FGI) was conducted to define the concept of coaching competency of adolescents and to derive components for constructing 93 preliminary questions. The preliminary survey was conducted on 98 middle and high school students with 79 items derived by verifying the content validity of 10 coaching experts as a preliminary item. The final 71 items were then derived. The data collected from 278 middle and high school students in Gyeonggi-do, Gangwon-do, Gyeongsang-do and Chungcheong-do were used to verify the coaching competency scale of adolescents. An exploratory factor analysis was conducted and a reliability coefficient was determined. As a result of the study, 33 items of 7 factors were extracted. The internal consistency of the extracted items was .934. As a result, 33 items of the 7 factors were confirmed to be self-understanding competency, positive emotional competency, listening competency, strong question competency, goal execution competency, and motivation promotion competency as the coaching competency scale of adolescents.
