목적 : 본 연구는 장애인 근로자의 직무요구조건과 직무만족도와의 관계를 분석하여 장애인 근로자의 직무 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 알아보고자 하였다.
연구방법 : 연구자료는 2017년 한국장애인고용공단에서 실시한 장애인고용패널조사 원자료를 활용하였다. 총 4,577명의 패널 대상자 자료 중 1,624명의 장애인 근로자의 자료를 본 연구에 필요한 문항만 선별하여 분석하였다.
연구결과 : 장애인 근로자의 직무만족도는 연령이 높아질수록 감소하였고, 학력이 높을수록 증가하였다. 직무요구조건과 장애인 근로자의 직무만족도는 통계적으로 유의한 상관관계가 있었으며, 특히 직무요구조건 하위 요소 중에서 컴퓨터 활용 능력과 업무 적성 및 전공일치도가 다른 요인에 비해 직무만족도와 높은 양의 상관관계를 나타냈다. 장애인 근로자의 직무만족도는 상용근로자일 때와 사무종사자 일 때 유의하게 높았고, 건설업에 종사하거나, 단순노무직일 때 직무만족도가 유의하게 낮았다.
결론 : 본 연구의 결과를 통해 장애인 근로자의 직무요구조건과 직무만족도의 상관관계를 확인할 수 있었다. 본 연구 결과는 작업치료사의 직업재활 업무 수행에 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

Objective: The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between job requirements and job satisfaction of disabled workers to determine the factors that influence their job satisfaction.
Methods: In this study, the 2017 Panel Survey of Employment for the Disabled (PSED) by the Korea Employment Agency for Persons with Disabilities was analyzed. Of the 4,577 panelist data, 1,624 disabled workers were finally analyzed and only the items needed for this study were selected and analyzed.
Results: The job satisfaction of workers with disabilities decreased with age, and increased with higher educational attainment. There was a statistically significant correlation between job requirements and job satisfaction of workers with disabilities, and among them, computer skills, aptitude/major-match showed a higher job satisfaction and higher positive correlation coefficients than other factors. The job satisfaction of workers with disabilities was significantly higher in the case of regular employees and clerks, and was significantly lower in construction workers or elementary occupations.
Conclusion: The results of this study confirmed the correlation between job requirements and job satisfaction of workers with disabilities. The results of this study can be used as basic data for the vocational rehabilitation of occupational therapists.
