우리나라의 주차공간 부족은 최근 자동차수 증가 추이에 따라 점점 심화되고 있으며, 주차장 부족현상은 노후주택 밀집지 및 전통시장 주변, 관광지 등이 가장 심각할 것으로 예상되나, 의외로 개발단계부터 체계적인 토지이용계획이 수립되는 택지개발지구에서 더욱 심각하게 발생되고 있다. 본 연구는 남양주 별내택지지구를 중심으로 주차장용지 계획내용, 주차전용건축물 이용실태 및 주차장에 대한 수급불균형이 발생되는 사례를 통하여 주차문제를 해결하기 위한 문제점 분석 및 개선방안을 공급계획단계, 건축운영 단계, 관리감독단계로 제시하는 데 그 목적이 있다.

The lack of parking spaces in Korea is seen to vary from region to region, and although old residential districts and traditional markets are generally expected to be the most serious, it has occurred more seriously in residential development zones where systematic land-use planning is established from the development stage, and it is a serious social problem recently. The purpose of this study is to analyze the details of parking lands planning and use of exclusive parking building in Namyangju Byeollae residential development district, understand problems in supply planning, building operation stage, and supervision stage for the parking lot, and solve problems in the aspects of the parking lot land.
