본 연구는 챗봇을 활용한 중국어 교육용 프로그램 개발의 기초 자료를 제공하기 위해 외국어 교육에서 활용 가능한 인공지능 기술에 대해 알아보고, 최근 급속도로 발달하고 있는 외국어 교육용 챗봇의 발달 현황과 교육현장에서의 활용 사례를 살펴 보았다. 이를 통해 메신저 인터페이스를 활용한 챗봇 서비스를 국내 중국어 교육에 도입하여, 국내의 중국어 학습용 챗봇 설계방안을 마련하고, 또 이를 활용하는 관련 교육 프로그램과 중국어 교육현장에서 적용 가능한 교수-학습 방안을 제안하여 향후 중국어 교육 분야에서의 챗봇 활용 수업에 대한 가능성을 살펴보았다.

This study aimed to investigate the possibility of using artificial intelligence (AI)chatbot in Chinese class curriculum of university education in Korea. A chatbot using mobile phone and SNS service might be the one of theattractive and useful tools to foreign language learners. This study is to provide basic data for developing Chinese language education programs using chatbots. First, we looked at artificial intelligence technologies that can be used in foreign language education, and looked at the development status of chatbots for foreign language education, which are rapidly developing in recent years, and their use cases in the educational field. Based on this result, we are going to use a chatbot service using a messenger interface for Chinese education in Korea. The aims of this, propose a plan to design a chatbot for learning Chinese in Korea, also propose related educational programs using this and teaching-learning methods applicable in the field of Chinese language education.
