본 연구는 일반적인 부모교육 프로그램과 달리 특수한 욕구를 가진 아동을 대리양육하는 전문가정위탁 부모를 위한 부모교육 프로그램 개발을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위해 교육프로그램 개발 절차인 ADDIE 모형을 활용하여 실무자, 위탁부모 대상의 FGI, 전문가 자문회의, 기존 가정위탁 부모교육 프로그램 분석 등을 수행하였다. 연구결과 전문가정위탁 부모교육 프로그램은 동기부여, 전문성 제고, 관계역량 강화를 목표로 하였고 전문가정위탁 제도이해, 위탁아동 발달과 특수욕구, 위탁부모 양육코칭, 가족 및 지역체계 파트너십의 4가지 핵심모듈과 12개의 대 주제가 도출하였으며, 전체 교육 프로그램은 20시간으로 구성하였다. 개발된 교육프로그램을 예비 전문가정위탁 부모 150명을 대상으로 적용해 본 결과 교육 프로그램의 구성 및 내용 등에 대한 만족도가 5점 만점에 평균 4.9점(응답율 99%)으로 매우 높게 나타났으며 구체적으로 ‘위탁아동 심리’와 ‘위탁가정 역할’ 등에 대해 긍정적으로 평가되었다. 본 연구는 전문가정위탁제도의 전국 확산을 위한 표준 부모교육 프로그램을 제공하였다는데 의의가 있다.
Unlike general parent education programs, this study aims to develop a parent education program for specialized foster care parents who raise children with special needs. To this end, the ADDIE model, an educational program development procedure, was used to analyze FGI, expert advisory meetings, and existing home-consigned parent education programs for working-level officials at the Foster Care Center. As a result of the study, the expert foster parent education program aimed at motivation, professionalism, and strengthening relationship competency, and the understanding of the expert foster system, special needs, foster parent coaching, and family and community partnerships. The entire education program consisted of 20 hours. As a result of applying the developed education program to professional entrusted parents, satisfaction with the composition and content of the education program averaged 4.9 out of 5(99% response rate), and specifically, "foster care child psychology" and "role of foster families" were positively evaluated. This study is meaningful in that it provided a standard parental education program for the nationwide spread of the specialized foster care system.
