본 연구는 출소자를 대상으로 회복탄력성 증진 프로그램을 실시하여 효과성을 검증 하였다. 연구 참여대상자는 한국법무보호복지공단 경기지부에서 보호 사업을 지원받는 출소자로 선정되었고, 회복탄력성 프로그램은 ‘보호대상자용 회복탄력성 증진 프로그램 개발’의 8회기 프로그램으로 진행되었다. 실시 결과, 회복탄력성의 전체적인 수준이 증가하였고, 중범주 중 정서통제와 사회관계 수준에서 유의한 결과가 나타났다. 하지만 긍정사고는 유의한 결과가 나타나지 않았다. 본 연구의 결과들은 출소자의 성공적인 사회복귀의 보호요인으로 회복탄력성이 증진되어, 이는 향후 갱생보호를 위한 실증적 기초 자료에 도움이 될 것으로 기대한다.

This study verified the effectiveness of the program to enhance resilience for ex-prisoners. I selected the study participants from ex-prisoners receiving support from the Gyeonggi branch of the Korea Rehabilitation Agency and analyzed the eighth program of the ‘development of resilience enhancement program for people subject to protection.’ As a result of the program’s implementation, the overall level of resilience increased, and it indicated significant results at the emotional control and social relationship levels among the middle categories. However, positive thinking did not demonstrate any significant results. This study discovered that resilience was enhanced as a protective factor for ex-prisoners’ successful return to society. It is expected that it will be helpful for empirical basic data for ex-prisoners’ rehabilitation protection in the future.
