이 연구는 현재 시행되고 있는 보건복지부 주관의 교육통합관리시스템의 기능 개선 방안 모색을 목적 으로 한다. 이를 통해서 어린이집에 관련 된 기존 교육(신청,접수, 이수 확인) 의 수기 관리 방식에서 벗어 나 보육교직원 교육의 효율적 관리 및 사용자 편성 제고를 위한(one-stop) 가칭 “교육통합체계 플랫폼 (LMS)을 통해 교육관리체계의 일원화를 통해 활성화하여 어린이집 보육교직원 맞춤교육에 상생을 더하 고자 한다. 이를 위해 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 보육교직원들의 다양한 교육은 여러 기관(17개)에서 분산되어 실시되고 있다. 타부처 및 공공기 관의 교육 이수 결과를 교육통합체계 플랫폼(LMS)과 연동하여 수시로 확인할 수 있도록 하여 사용자의 불편을 최소화하고자 한다. 둘째, 민간기관에서도 보육교직원의 의무;필요 교육을 실시하고 있다. 그러나 교육이수 결과는 본인이 출력하여 보관하는 번거로움이 있어 교육통합체계 플랫폼(LMS) 이수결과를 업 로드하여 사용자의 교육시간 이수결과 등 이력관리에 편리성을 제공한다. 셋째, 2022년도 보육사업안내 보육교직원 보수교육을 위한 시스템이 있으나 보육교직원의 자격관리 등에 한정되고 있으며 지존 시스템 교육통합관리시스템을 가칭 교육통합체계 플랫폼(LMS)으로 명칭변경 하여 교육시스템의 기능확대 개선 을 통해 활성화하는 방안으로 보육교직원등의 의무 및 필수 교육중 온라인(사이버)교육을 신청, 접수, 이 수결과 확인, 인정시간 이력관리 등을 한번에 할 수 있도록 해야 한다. 이 연구를 통해 최종적으로 교육통합체계 플랫폼을 구축하여 비효율적인 어린이집 교육관리에 소요되 는 시간 및 행정력 낭비의 불편을 줄이고, 보육환경에 대한 보육서비스 질 저하의 문제를 해소하여 어린 이집 운영의 효율성을 개선할 수 있을 것이다.

This study seeks ways to improve the function of the integrated education management system under the Ministry of Health and Welfare, and move away from the manual management method of childcare (application, receipt, and completion) and activate it through the one-stop education system. First, various education of childcare faculty members is distributed and conducted in 17 institutions. It is intended to minimize user inconvenience by allowing users to check the results of education completion by other ministries and public institutions from time to time in conjunction with the Education Integration System Platform (LMS). Second, private institutions are also providing the duties of childcare teachers and staff; necessary education. However, the results of the training completion are cumbersome to print and store by themselves, so it provides convenience for users to manage their history, such as the results of the training time completion by uploading the results of the training system (LMS). Third, although there is a system for maintenance and training of childcare staff in 2022, it is limited to qualification management of childcare staff, and the name of the best system education integration system should be changed to the LMS so that online education among childcare staff can be applied, received, checked, and recognition time can be managed at once. Through this study, it will be possible to finally establish an education integration system platform to reduce the inconvenience of wasting time and administrative power in inefficient daycare center education management, and improve the efficiency of daycare center operation by solving the problem of poor childcare service quality.
