야생 초피 ( Zanthoxylum piperitum De Candolle ) 잎의 향기성분 KCI 등재

경상북도 상주시 청화산 일대에서 채집한 야생 초피잎을 음지에서 자연 건조한 것과 blanching한 후 건조한 것을 분쇄하여 기계적으로 분석한 결과 잎을 자연 건조한 것에서는 55개의 Peak가 확인되었으며 blanching한 후 건조한 시료에서는 35개의 peak가 확인되었다. 그리고 자연 건조한 시료 중에서 검출된 55 개의 물질들 중에는 hydrocarbon 계통의 물질들이 decane, dodecane, sabinene, myrcene등을 비롯한 23개의 물질이 확인되었고 alcohol 계통의 물질들은 isobutylalcohol, cis-pentenol, 1-ponton-3-ol등 10개의 물질이 확인되었다. 그리고 aldehyde로는 3-methylbutanal, hexanal. 2, 6-dimethyl hept-5-al등 7개 물질이 확인되었으며 ketone 화합물은 3-hydroxy-2-butanone. 2-nonanone, 2-undecanone. 2-tridecanone이 확인되었다. cis-3-hexenyl acetate, linalyl acetate. citronellyl, acetate, neryl acetate 등 6개의 ester류가 확인되었다. 그리고 기타 물질로 3-cyano-2, 5-dimethylpyrazine, dimethyl sulfide, chloroform, 1, 8 cineole, dill ether 등이 검출되었다. 그리고 초피의 생잎을 blanching한 후 건조하여 전처리를 거쳐 휘발성 물질을 확인한 결과 35개의 peak를 확인하였는데 그중 hydrocarbon 계통의 물질들이 20개나 확인되었다. 그 내용으로는 1, 1`-oxybis-ethane. α-pinene, camphene, myrcene, β-phellandrene. β-caryophyllene 등이다. 그리고 alcohol 류로는 L-linalool, (-)-isopulgerol. α-terpineol. citronellol이며 aldehyde류로는 nonanal, citronellal이다. ketone 화합물은 2-undecanone, 2-tridecanone등이며 그리고 ester류로는 citronellyl acetate, cis-3-hexenyl acetate. neryl acetate 등이다. 기타물질로서는 3-cyano-2, 5-dimethylpyrazine. chloroform 등이다. 그리고 α-pinene, myrcene, β-phellandrene. L-linalool, citronellal, citronellyl acetate. β-caryophyllene이 다른 휘발성 물질보다 비교적 많은 양으로 검출되었다.

Wild Chopi leaves were harvested near Chounghwa Mt. Sangju city in Kyungpook province. Chopi leaves were dried naturally and crushed with and without blanching. From mechanical analysis(GC), fifty five peaks were identified as volatile materials in no blanching leaf. Among the fifty five peaks, twenty three peaks were identified as hydrocarbones(dodecane, sabinene, myrcene etc.), ten peaks as alcohols (isobutylalcohol, cis-pentenol, 1-pentenol, 1-penten-3-ol etc.), seven peaks as aldehydes (3-methylbuatanal, hexanal, 2, 6-dimethyl hept-5-al etc.), four peaks as ketones(3-hydroxy-2-butanone, 2-nonanone, 2-undecanone, 2-tridecanone) and six peaks as esters (cis-3-hexenyl acetate, linalyl acetate, citronellyl acetate, nerly acetate etc.). Other peaks were founded as 3-cyano-2, 5-dimethylpyrazine, dimethyl sulfide, chloroform, 1, 8 cineole. Thirty five peaks were identified as volatile materials in blanching leaf. Twenty peaks were identified as hydrocarbones(1, 1-oxybis-ethane, a-pinene, camphene, myrcene, β-phellandrene, β-caryophyllene etc.), as alcohol(L-linalool, (-)-isopulgerol, α-terpineol, citronellol etc.), as aldehydes(nonanal, citronellal), as ketones(2-undecanone, 2-tridecanone etc.) and as esteres(citronellyl acetate, cis-3-hexenyl acetate, neryl acetate etc.). Other peaks were found as 3-cyano-2, 5-dimethylpyrazine. The amount of volatile materials such as α-pinene, myrcene, β-phellanderene, L-linalool, citronellal, citronellyl acetate, β-caryophyllene were detected abundantly among the volatile materials.
