이 논문은 한국에서 여가의 본질과 변화를 분석하여 세대의 다양성과 사회성에 대한 이해를 높 이는 목적을 가지고 연구되었다 연구방법은 일반적으로 . 기성세대와 젊은 세대를 구분하는 이분 법적 시각이 아닌 베이비붐 세대, X세대, 밀레니얼 세대(M세대), Z세대의 4가지 관점을 가지고 여가에 대한 다양한 개념을 조사하였다. 연구결과 여가 활동은 경제, 기술, 정치적 맥락 등의 영 향을 받고 있으며 시대별로 사회적 현상이 다른 환경에 따라 인식과 접근 방법이 변화하는 것으로 결과가 도출되었다. 본 연구의 주제인 여가의 개념은 다소 복잡하고 여러 환경에 따라 변화하는 특성이 있어 연구결과를 지나치게 일반화 할 수 없는 한계를 가지고 있지만 이 연구결과를 통해 여가에 대한 다양한 관점을 분석하고 이해를 높인다면 세대 간의 갈등을 해소하고 이해하는데 기 여할 수 있을 것이라는 제언을 하였다.

This paper was conducted with the aim of enhancing understanding of the diversity and sociability of generations by analyzing the essence and changes of leisure in South Korea. The research method did not adopt the conventional dichotomous view of distinguishing between established and younger generations, but instead investigated various concepts of leisure from the perspectives of four different generations: the Baby Boomers, Generation X, Millennials, and Generation Z. The results showed that leisure activities are influenced by economic, technological, and political contexts, and perceptions and approaches to leisure vary according to the social phenomena of different eras. Although the concept of leisure, the main subject of this study, is somewhat complex and subject to change depending on various environments, thus limiting the possibility of overgeneralization, the study suggests that analyzing and understanding the various perspectives on leisure can contribute to resolving and understanding intergenerational conflicts.
