이 연구는 대학생을 대상으로 적용된 연극중심 문화예술교육 프로그 램의 운영과 그에 따른 대학생들의 경험 및 의미를 탐색하는 연구이다. 이에 경기도 소재의 D대학교 재학생들을 대상으로 운영된 1박2일 문화 예술교육 캠프 ‘왕방 플릭스’ 프로그램을 통해, 대학생들이 활동 과정 에서 어떠한 경험을 하였는지 탐색해보았다. 그리고 참여대학생 중 5명 을 선정하여 심층면담을 시행하였다. 그 결과, 사회성의 요소에 있어 자신감, 사교성, 협동성 측면에서의 경험들을 확인할 수 있었다. 첫째, ‘자신감 - 타인을 통해 자신에 대한 긍정적인 정서 형성’ 둘째, ‘사교 성 - 친밀감 형성 경험을 통한 사교적 기회 희망’ 셋째, ‘협동성 - 몸 소 체험을 통해 협동의 중요성 인식’의 경험이다. 이러한 연구 결과는 연극중심 문화예술교육 프로그램이 대학생으로 하여금 자신감 향상 경 험을 제공함으로써 또 하나의 자기이해의 기회를 갖게 하였으며, 사교 적 경험을 통해 타인과의 원만한 대인관계를 할 수 있는 타인수용의 마음을 갖게 하며, 협동성의 중요성을 인식하게 해줌으로써 사회성 발 달을 유도한다는 결론을 도출할 수 있었다.

This study explores the college student’ experiences and meaning applied for college students by the operation of cultural arts education program focusing drama. ‘Wangbang Flix’ program is implemented for D University students in Gyeonggi Province, we can explore participated students’ experiences on this specific program. Also, selected five participants were interviewed thoroughly. As a result, we can verify the experience of self confidence, sociability and cooperation from the perspective of sociality elements. Firstly, self confidence - formation of positive emotions for oneself through others. Secondly, sociablilty - hope for social opportunities through intimacy-building. Thirdly, cooperativity - awareness of the importance of cooperation through personal experiences. In conclusion, drama-oriented culture and arts education programs induce social development by enhancing college students another self-understanding opportunity through self-confidence improvement experiences, accepting others who can have a amicable interpersonal relationship with others through social experiences, and recognizing the importance of cooperativity.
