조선 후기 연행사는 청나라 문인들과 필담을 하거나 간찰을 보냈으며, 서예 비첩을 감장(鑒藏)하거나 금석학 교류활동을 활 발히 전개하였다. 본 연구는 이계 홍양호 『이계집』과 관암 홍경모 『관암전서』·『운석외사』에 기록된 서신, 제발, 서문 등을 확인하여 청대 문인 대구형, 기윤, 섭지섭과의 서예 교류 를 주요 연구 범위로 설정하였다. 위 문집과 『동문신교척독 책』과 『두남신교첩』자료를 활용하여 저서, 비첩, 서찰 교류 측면에서 고찰하였다. 또한 홍양호와 홍경모의 학서 소양, 금석 고증 능력, 비첩 감장 원칙을 논술 및 분석하여 교류 의의를 도출하였다. 홍씨 가문은 양국 문인의 가족적인 서예 교류의 대표적 사례이자 견고한 학문적 토대 위에서 진행된 교류를 의 미한다. 양국의 문인들은 필담을 통해 고금의 서예, 금석 학술 에 대해 전면적이고 심도 있는 토론을 전개하였다. 이러한 다 층적인 문화교류는 한·중 서예문화의 발전을 촉진하였다는 점 에서 그 의의가 있다.
In the late Joseon Dynasty, performance history had written or exchanged letters with writers of the Qing Dynasty, and engaged in 鑒藏of calligraphy tools or actively engaged in exchanges of Geumseokhak. In this study, calligraphy exchange with Daegu-hyung, Kiyoon, and Seo Ji-seop, the Qing Dynasty writers, was set as the main research scope by checking the letters, please, and preface recorded in Igye Hong Yang-ho's Igyejip, Gwanam Hong Gyeong-mo's Gwanamjeonseo, and Unseok Oesa. Using the above text, Dongmun Shinjong Cheokdokbook, and Dunam Shinjongjeok, it was considered in terms of exchange of books, bibip, and booklets. In addition, the significance of exchange was derived by writing and analyzing Hong Yang-ho and Hong Kyung-mo's academic knowledge, ability to testify about Geumseok, and the principles of Bichip. The Hong family is a representative example of a family calligraphy exchange between writers of the two countries, and it means an exchange conducted on a solid academic foundation. Through written talks, writers from both countries conducted a full and in-depth discussion on the study of ancient calligraphy and Geumseok. This multi-layered cultural exchange is significant in that it promoted the development of Korean and Chinese calligraphy culture.
