본 연구의 목적은 학교 밖 청소년이 지각한 부모양육태도가 사회적응력에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 파악하고 학교 밖 청소년이 지각한 부모양육태도가 사회적응력에 영향을 미치는 과정에서 의사소통이 어 떠한 매개효과가 있는지를 구명하는데 있다. 이와 같이 실천적인 의의를 도출하기 위하여 연구의 대상을 대전시에 거주하는 만 12세에서 만 18세 사이의 청소년으로서 대전 청소년상담복지센터를 이용하는 학교 밖 청소년을 대상으로 설문을 진행하였으며, 측정문항과 대상자에 대한 기술통계분석 및 가설검증을 위하 여 사회과학 조사프로그램인 SPSS 22.0(ver.)을 이용하여 통계처리를 하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 밝혀지는 연구결과는 가설 1의 부모양육태도는 사회적응력이 과보호일 때는 부적 상 관관계를, 돌봄일 때는 정적 상관관계를 나타내었고 통계적으로는 유의미하게 나타났다. 가설 2의 부모양 육태도는 의사소통이 과보호일 때는 부적 상관관계를, 돌봄일 때는 정적 상관관계를 나타내었고 통계적으 로는 유의미하게 나타났다. 이것은 적절한 돌봄이 높을수록 사회적응력과 의사소통이 높다는 것을 의미한 다. 가설 3의 의사소통은 사회적응력에 정적 상관관계를 나타내었고 이것은 의사소통이 잘되는 청소년은 사회적응력이 높다는 것을 의미한다. 가설 4의 부모양육태도가 사회적응력에 영향을 미칠 때 의사소통은 매개효과로 정적 상관관계를 나타내었고 통계적으로는 유의미하게 나타났다. 이것은 어릴 때 과보호로 양 육되어 졌더라도 의사소통이 잘되는 청소년은 사회적응력이 높다는 것을 의미한다. 학교 밖 청소년이 인 지하고 있는 부모의 양육태도가 사회적응력에영향력을 주지만 가족 간이나 대인관계 속에서 타인과의 의 사소통이 향상 되었을 때 좀 더 사회적응력이 높아진다. 그러므로 학교 밖 청소년이 양질의 사회생활을 하도록 하는데 기여할 수 있는 의사소통 기술이나 사회적응력훈련 프로그램 등의 개발이 요구된다.

This study intends to consider the needs of the user of disability services and problems relevant to them in the process that the quality of disability services affects the user's satisfaction so that we can find out how to improve the ability of independence of the disabled and the quality of services in the future. The subjects, the users of disability services, has asked a survey in five assistance service centers in Gyeonggi-do. 212 questionnaires were returned and the data was analyzed by SPSS 18.0. The results of this study are as follows. First, the higher the quality of disability services was, the higher the user's satisfaction was. Among the sub-factors of the quality of disability services, user's right awareness had a bigger effect than provider's service level. Second, the higher the quality of disability services was, the higher the social participation was. Third, more social participation improved the user's satisfaction. Fourth, social participation of the disabled had a mediating effect on the influence of the quality of disability services on user's satisfaction. Therefore, to improve the satisfaction of the users of disability services, we need a strategy to enhance the quality of disability services and the level of right awareness of the disabled. As this study pro-ved that social participation of the disabled has a mediating effect between the quality of disability services and user's satisfaction, it is needed to move forward with the strategy to strengthen the social participation of the disabled in order to enhance the effectiveness of the disability services.
