본 연구는 인문학 전공 대학생들의 진로 관련 어려움 극복과 성공에 대한 사례연구이다. 연구에서는 인문학 전공 대학생들의 취업 불안의 원 인과 불안 극복의 맥락, 극복 전략, 결과를 분석하고 인문학 전공 대학생 들의 취업 성공을 지지할 수 있는 논의와 제언을 하고자 했다. 연구에는 인문학 전공을 했으나 취업에 성공한 5명의 직장인이 참여했다. 자료는 1:1 심층면담으로 수행하여 구성했다. 자료 분석 결과 59개의 의미 요약 과 16의 범주가 나타났다. 이러한 범주를 취업 불안의 원인, 불안 극복 의 맥락, 극복 전략, 결과의 분석 단위에 재배열했다. 결과는 일의 진정 성, 더 좋은 세상 만들기의 정체성, 사회적 통찰력으로 나타났다. 연구 결과에 근거하여 논의했고, 인문학 전공 대학생들의 취업 능력 강화를 위한 논의와 제언을 했다.

This study explores case studies related to the challenges faced by humanities majors, analyzing the causes of employment anxiety, the context and strategies for overcoming these anxieties, and the outcomes experienced by university students, offering insights to support their employment success. Five professionals, all of whom majored in the humanities and successfully found employment, participated in the study. Data were collected through in-depth one-on-one interviews. The data analysis produced 59 summarized findings and 16 categories, which were reorganized into four units of analysis: the causes of employment anxiety, the contextual factors influencing the mitigation of anxiety, the strategies employed to address these challenges, and the resulting outcomes. Based on these findings, this study presents a discussion and provides recommendations aimed at enhancing the employability of humanities majors.
