본 연구는 역전이 활용을 구체적으로 기술한 질적 정신분석 사례연구 를 대상으로 선정하여 역전이 활용의 이해를 확장하고, 역전이 활용에 깊이 있는 연구 방향을 모색하는 데 목적이 있었다. 분석 대상은 2000년 부터 2024년 9월 질적 수준이 객관적으로 평가된 KCI에 게재된 논문이 다. 정신분석을 토대로 한 역전이 활용 질적 사례 연구 총 5편의 논문을 분석 대상으로 선정하였다. 분석 대상을 분석한 결과 첫째, 연구 유형은 기술적·묘사적 사례연구가 4편으로 가장 많이 나타났다. 둘째, 역전이는 치료자의 경력, 환자의 나이와 성별, 치료 기간과 무관하게 발생하였다. 셋째, 역전이 활용은 역전이 인식, 이론 사용, 역전이 활용 과정으로 이 루어졌다. 따라서 연구 결과를 바탕으로 첫째, 역전이 인식에 대한 지속 적인 노력이 필요하다. 둘째, 정신분석에서 동일한 용어가 사용 이론에 따라 차이를 보여 면밀한 이해가 필요함을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구는 분 석 대상의 수가 적어 일반화하기 어렵다는 한계점이 있다.
This study aimed to expand the understanding of countertransference utilization and seek in-depth research directions on countertransference utilization by selecting qualitative psychoanalytic case studies that specifically described countertransference utilization. The analysis subjects are papers published in KCI whose quality level was objectively evaluated from 2000 to September 2024. A total of five papers were selected as the analysis subjects for qualitative case studies utilizing countertransference based on psychoanalysis. As a result of analyzing the subjects of the analysis, firstly, the research type was the most common, with four technical and descriptive case studies. Second, countertransference occurred regardless of the therapist's experience, the patient's age and gender, or the duration of treatment. Third, the utilization of countertransference was composed of the processes of countertransference recognition, theory use, and countertransference utilization. Therefore, based on the research results, first, continuous efforts are needed to recognize the countertransference. Second, we found that the same term in psychoanalysis shows differences depending on the theory of use, requiring a close understanding. This study has the limitation that it is difficult to generalize due to the small number of subjects analyzed.
