본 연구는 새로 도입되는 2022 개정 교육과정의 중국어 기본어휘 865개 항목이 고 등학교 ‘중국어’ 과목 교과서에서 어떻게 활용되고 있는지 분석하고, 이에 근거하여 기본어휘의 개선 방향을 모색하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 교과서별 기본어휘 비율, 범위 초과 어휘, 공통 어휘와 미수록 어휘라는 세 가지 측면에서 분석을 진행 하였다. 각 교과서 어휘 색인의 목록 어휘 비율은 58.8%에서 77.4%까지 다양하였으 나, ‘일러두기’에 따라 기본어휘로 인정되는 낱말들까지 포함하면 모두 80% 이상이었 다. 4종 이상의 교과서에 공통으로 쓰인 범위 초과 어휘는 49개였는데, 대부분은 기 본어휘로 간주되는 경우였다. 7종 교과서에 공통으로 쓰인 낱말은 108개였는데, 이 가운데 1, 2급 어휘가 91.7%로 비중이 매우 높았다. 한편 미수록 어휘는 332개였으 며, 그중 1급 어휘는 55개로 많지 않았다. 기본어휘 활용의 효율성 제고와 학생들의 학습 부담 경감을 위해 목록 어휘 활용에 관한 공통 지침의 강화가 요구된다.

This study aims to analyze how the 865 basic Chinese vocabulary items newly introduced in the 2022 revised curriculum are utilized in high school “Chinese” textbooks, and to explore future directions for improving basic vocabulary based on these findings. The analysis was conducted from three perspectives: the proportion of basic vocabulary in each textbook, vocabulary items exceeding the prescribed range, and common vocabulary items versus unlisted vocabulary items. The proportion of basic vocabulary items in each textbook's index ranged from 58.8% to 77.4%; however, when including words recognized as basic vocabulary according to the “Guidelines,” all textbooks exceeded 80%. There were 49 vocabulary items exceeding the prescribed range that appeared commonly in four or more textbooks, most of which were considered basic vocabulary. Among the 108 words commonly used across all seven textbooks, Level 1 and 2 vocabulary items accounted for a notably high proportion of 91.7%. Furthermore, there were 332 unlisted vocabulary items, of which only 55 were Level 1 vocabulary items, representing a relatively small proportion. To enhance the efficiency of basic vocabulary utilization and reduce students' learning burden, it is necessary to strengthen common guidelines regarding the use of listed vocabulary items.
