본 연구는 독거노인의 정서적 안녕을 증진하기 위한 생활지원사 의 치유적 돌봄 역할에 관한 국내 문헌을 체계적으로 고찰하고, 해 당 개념의 구조와 실천 가능성을 분석하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위 해 2010년 이후 발표된 국내 학술논문을 대상으로 연구대상, 개입 내용, 연구방법, 주요 변수 등을 기준으로 문헌을 분류·분석하였다. 분석 결과, 독거노인을 위한 정서적 돌봄 개입은 다양한 형태로 시도되고 있었으며, 특히 음악·미술·회상치료 등은 우울감 감소와 삶의 질 향상에 효과적인 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 생활지원사의 정서적 돌봄 기능에 관한 연구는 매우 제한적이었고, 이들의 치유적 역할에 대한 제도적 인식과 지원은 미비한 것으로 드러났다. 이에 본 연구 는 생활지원사의 치유적 돌봄 가능성을 이론적·실천적으로 조망함으 로써, 돌봄서비스의 질적 전환과 정책적 기반 마련을 위한 시사점을 제공한다.

This study aims to systematically review Korean literatu re concerning the healing care roles of life support worker s in promoting the emotional well-being of elderly people living alone. The analysis involved selecting relevant studie s published since 2010 and categorizing them based on re search purpose, subject, content of intervention, and meth odology. The findings showed that various healing care ap proaches—primarily utilizing artistic, psychological, and cou nseling-based interventions—have been actively implement ed to support the elderly’s emotional needs. However, onl y a limited number of studies directly addressed the emot ional care roles of life support workers, and these roles h ave not yet been clearly defined or recognized within insti tutional frameworks. This study highlights the need for reconceptualizing the emotional support function of life support workers and emphasizes the importance of building bo th awareness and policy foundations to ensure effective a nd sustainable emotional care services.
