본 연구에서는 보육교사의 교사효능감, 보육교사 전문성, 자기성찰지능 간의 관계를 살펴보고, 교사효능감이 보육교사 전문성에 미 치는 영향에서 자기성찰지능의 매개효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 대구광역시 소재 어린이집에 재직중인 보육교사 250명을 대상 으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, SPSS 25.0과 PROCESS Macro 4.0을 활용하여 자료를 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 첫째, 교사효능감, 자기성찰지능, 전문성 간에는 유의한 정적 상관관계가 나타났다. 둘 째, 교사효능감이 보육교사 전문성에 미치는 영향에서 자기성찰지능 은 부분매개효과가 나타났다. 즉, 교사효능감은 매개변인인 자기성찰 지능을 통해 보육교사 전문성에 영향을 준다는 것을 확인하였다. 이 는 교사효능감이 높은 보육교사가 자신의 실천을 성찰하고 개선하려 는 태도를 통해 더 높은 수준의 전문성을 형성할 수 있음을 시사한 다. 본 연구결과는 보육교사의 전문성 향상을 위해서 자기성찰지능 을 중요성을 실증적으로 제시하였으며, 교사교육 및 재교육 프로그 램에 자기성찰 역량을 강화할 수 있는 교육적 개입이 필요함을 시 사한다.

This study aimed to examine the relationships among t eacher efficacy, professionalism, and intrapersonal intellige nce in childcare teachers, and to investigate the mediating effect of intrapersonal intelligence on the relationship betw een teacher efficacy and teacher professionalism. A survey was conducted with 250 childcare teachers currently worki ng at daycare centers in Daegu Metropolitan City, and the collected data were analyzed using SPSS 25.0 and PROCESS Macro 4.0. The results showed, first, that there were significant positive correlations among teacher efficacy, intr apersonal intelligence, and professionalism. Second, intrape rsonal intelligence was found to partially mediate the relati onship between teacher efficacy and professionalism. This indicates that teacher efficacy influences professionalism b oth directly and indirectly through intrapersonal intelligenc e. The findings suggest that childcare teachers with high l evels of teacher efficacy are more likely to reflect on and improve their professional practices, thereby enhancing the ir overall professionalism. These results provide empirical evidence for the importance of intrapersonal intelligence in fostering teacher professionalism and highlight the need fo r educational interventions in teacher training and professi onal development programs that strengthen self-reflective capabilities.
