이 연구는 농촌돌봄농장을 대상으로 SWOT-AHP 을 분석하여 발전전략을 도출하고자 하였다. 농촌돌봄농장이 수행하는 사회적농업은 운영의 지속성을 확보하기 어려운 상황에서 전북의 17개 농 장을 대상으로 조사를 하였고 이중 14개 농장의 설문내용을 중심으로 발전전략을 도출하였다. 조사 농장의 일반적 특성은 남성이 64.3%, 연령은 50세 이상이 64.3%, 운영기간은 4년 이상이 71.4%로 나타났다. 우선 농촌돌봄농장의 SWOT 분석은 사례지역과 문헌연구를 통해 도출하였고 이를 기초 로 계층화 분석을 통해 SO 전략, WO 전략, ST 전략, WT 전략을 제시하였다. 이러한 분석결과를 기 초로 한 주요 시사점은 농촌돌봄농장의 사회적 및 경제적 가치를 평가하는 객관적 가치를 마련하고 이해관계자의 협력적 네크워크 구축, 취약계층의 사회통합 촉진, 기존 복지체계와의 연계성 확보가 필요할 것이다. 이를 통해 향후 농촌돌봄농장의 지속가능성을 확보해야 할 것으로 판단된다.
This study aimed to develop strategies for the sustainable development of rural care farms through a SWOT-AHP analysis. In light of the challenges of ensuring operational sustainability in social agriculture practiced by these farms, a survey was conducted on 17 farms in the Jeonbuk State, with valid responses obtained from 14 of them. The general characteristics of the respondents were as follows: 64.3% were male, 64.3% were over 50 years old, and 71.4% had been in operation for four years or more. A SWOT analysis of rural care farms was derived from case studies and a literature review. Based on this analysis, an analytic hierarchy process was employed to propose four strategic directions: SO(Strength-Opportunity), WO(Weakness-Opportunity), ST(Strength-Threat), and WT(Weakness- Threat). Key implications of these findings include the need to establish objective measures for assessing the social and economic value of rural care farms, build cooperative networks among stakeholders, promote the social integration of vulnerable groups, and strengthen linkages with existing welfare systems. These measures are crucial for enhancing the long-term sustainability of rural care farms.
