우리나라는 맞벌이 가정이 계속 증가하여 자녀들이 보육시설에 머무 르는 시간이 늘어나 양육의 대부분이 보육교사들에게 이양되고 있으며, 보육서비스에 대한 사회적 기대는 더욱 높아지고 있다. 보육교사의 감 정노동을 낮추고 교사와 영유아의 상호작용을 증진하여 양질의 보육서 비스를 제공하는 방향을 제시하며, 보육교사의 감정노동이 교사와 영유 아의 상호작용에서 원장의 변혁적 리더십과 교사효능감의 매개효과를 검증하는데 연구의 목적이 있다. 본 연구에서 보육교사와 영유아의 상호작용 증진을 위해서는 원장의 변혁 적 리더십 함양과 교사효능감의 형성으로 교사와 영유아와의 관계에서 상호 작용을 더욱 향상할 수 있다는 것을 제시하였다는 점에 의의가 있다.

In Korea, the number of dual-income families continues to increase, and the time for children to stay in childcare facilities is increasing, and most of the childcare is being transferred to childcare teachers, and social expectations for childcare services are increasing. The purpose of this study is to suggest the direction of providing high quality child care service by lowering the emotional labor of child care teachers and promoting the interaction between teachers and infants, and to verify the mediating effect of the director's transformational leadership and teacher efficacy in the interaction between teachers and infants. In this study, it is meaningful that the interaction between the teacher and the infant can be further improved by cultivating the transformational leadership of the director and forming the teacher efficacy in order to promote the interaction between the child care teacher and the infant.
