본 논문은 한국건설법무학회가 발간하는 ｢건설법무｣에 게재된 논문을 대상으 로 지난 10년간의 연구 동향을 분석하고, 이를 바탕으로 향후 발전 방향을 제 시하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 2015년 창간호부터 2025년까지 게재된 총 94편의 논문을 분석 대상으로 삼아 논문 건수, 저자, 연구 분야, 연구유형, 키워드 등을 체계적으로 검토하였다. 분석 결과, ｢건설법무｣는 형성기, 전환기, 안정기를 거치면서 논문게재 건수가 증가하였다. 그 과정에서 교수 중심의 연구 비중이 확대되는 등 학술지로서의 성숙을 이루어 온 것으로 나타났다. 연구 분야는 건설과 부동산이 핵심 축을 형성하고 있으나, 최근으로 올수록 건설 분야의 비중이 확대되는 경향이 확인 되었다. 연구유형에서는 제도개선 연구가 높은 비중을 차지하고 있으나, 안정기에 들어서면서 이론해석 및 판례분석 연구가 증가하였다. 키워드는 관련 법 령 및 건설환경 변화와 맞물리면서 시기별로 차이가 드러났다. 이러한 결과는 ｢건설법무｣가 제도개선 중심의 실무형 연구에서 이론과 실무가 결합한 융합형 연구로 전환되고 있음을 시사한다. 본 논문은 이러한 분석을 바 탕으로 연구 분야의 정체성 정립, 발간 횟수 확대, 실증경험 연구유형의 확대, 신기술 및 국제건설 분야 연구 강화 등의 발전 방향을 제시하였다. 본 논문은 ｢건설법무｣의 연구성과를 분석하여 변화 양상을 실증적으로 규명하고 발전 방 향을 제시하였다는 점에서 의미를 지닌다.

This study aims to empirically analyze the research trends of articles published in the Korean Journal of Construction Legal Affairs, issued by the Korean Society of Construction Legal Affairs, and to propose future directions for its development. To this end, a total of 94 articles published from the inaugural issue in 2015 to 2025 were systematically examined with respect to the number of articles, authors, research fields, research types, and keywords. The analysis results show that the number of published papers in the Korean Journal of Construction Legal Affairs increased as it passed through formative, transitional, and stabilization phases. During this process, the journal demonstrated maturity as an academic publication, with an expanded proportion of research led by professors. In terms of research fields, construction and real estate constituted the two principal axes of the journal; however, the proportion of construction-related studies has gradually increased in recent years. With regard to research types, institutional improvement studies accounted for a significant proportion of the published works, while studies focusing on theoretical interpretation and case analysis increased during the stabilization stage. The Keywords showed differences depending on the period, intertwined with changes in relevant laws and the construction environment. These findings suggest that the Korean Journal of Construction Legal Affairs is transitioning from a practice-oriented research model centered on institutional improvement toward a convergent research model integrating both theory and practice. Based on this analysis, this study proposes future directions for the journal, including the establishment of a clearer disciplinary identity, Increase in publication frequency, the expansion of empirical research, and the strengthening of studies on emerging technologies and international construction issues. This study is significant in that it analyzes the research results of Korean Journal of Construction Legal Affairs, empirically identifies the patterns of change, and suggests directions for development.
