본 연구는 복지서비스만족도가 자녀관계변화에 미치는 영향과 이 관계에서 양육스트레스의 조절효과 를 검증하였다. 이를 위해 한부모가족복지사업 이용자 412명을 대상으로 자료를 수집하였으며, 위계적 회 귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 복지서비스만족도는 자녀관계변화에 유의한 정적 영향을 미쳤으며, 양 육스트레스는 이 관계를 유의하게 조절하는 것으로 나타났다. 구체적으로 양육스트레스가 높을수록 복지 서비스만족도가 자녀관계변화에 미치는 긍정적 영향이 약화되었다. 본 연구는 한부모가족 복지서비스 효 과성 연구의 범위를 가족체계 수준으로 확장하고, 양육스트레스 수준에 따른 차별적 사례관리 개입 전략 수립에 실천적 함의를 제공하였다

This study examined the effect of welfare service satisfaction on parent-child relationship change and the moderating role of parenting stress in this relationship. Data were collected from 412 users of a single-parent family welfare program, and hierarchical regression analysis was conducted. The results indicated that welfare service satisfaction had a significant positive effect on parent-child relationship change, and parenting stress significantly moderated this relationship. Specifically, higher levels of parenting stress weakened the positive effect of welfare service satisfaction on parent-child relationship change. This study extends the scope of research on the effectiveness of welfare services for single-parent families to the family system level, and provides practical implications for developing differentiated case management intervention strategies based on parenting stress levels.
